Abstract

PURPOSE: A vertical gusset-bag like container is provided to remarkably improve the independence of the container using a conventional mechanical device without any particular process or mechanical construction. CONSTITUTION: In a conventional container(1) that is improved in independence by forming a gusset bag between a front surface(10) and a back surface(20) of film. In the gusset bag, an upper gusset bag(30) is formed by folding the upper end of the front surface of film and a unsewn portion(50) is formed as the end of the upper gusset bag is extended upward to a predetermined length. The corresponding back surface of film forming the unsewn portion is formed on the back surface of the unsewn portion.
