Abstract

PURPOSE: A sealing material for bonding a lid of a resin container and a bonding method thereof are provided to improve working efficiency, and to manufacture the resin container easily by bonding the lid with heating the flat sealing body in applying power. CONSTITUTION: A lid bonding device comprises a heating part(11) formed by cutting the disk partially to melt the lid bonding portion of a resin container by heating; a power supply unit(13) applying power to operate the heating part; and a flat panel connecting part(12) integrally connecting the heating part from both power supply units. The sealing body is made of heat resisting alloy including nickel, and the resin container is manufactured by opening the inlet. The flat sealing body is molten close to the inlet of the container, and the lid is bonded to the inlet of the container.
