Claims (8)
- 데이터 전송 초기에,제 1 단계에서, 최대 허용된 패킷 에러율 또는 최대 허용된 패킷 지연이 아래로 유지되거나, 추정된 수신된-사용자-신호-대-잡음-전력 비율을 위해 최대 데이터 처리량이 달성되는 변조 방법을 선택하도록 제공되고,제 2 단계에서, 상기 제 1 단계에서 선택된 상기 변조 방법에 대해 소망의 패킷 에러율 또는 패킷 지연을 위해 얻어지는 전송 전력을 결정하도록 제공되는 복수의 단말기들을 포함하는 네트워크.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 전송 단말기는, 상기 최대 전송 전력 마이너스 전송 단말기 및 수신 단말기 사이의 추정된 경로 손실들로서 상기 추정된 수신된-사용자-신호-대-잡음-전력 비율을 결정하고 파라미터를 결정하도록 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 네트워크.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,전송 단말기는 수신 단말기와 전력 제어 메시지들을 교환하고, 상기 수신 단말기에 반환된 상기 전력 제어 메시지들에 기초하여 상기 경로 손실들을 결정하도록 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 네트워크.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,단말기는 접속이 설정될 때, 상기 파라미터를 제로로 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 네트워크.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,단말기는 여러 변조 방법들을 위해 상기 사용자-신호-대-잡음-전력 비율에 따라 패킷 에러율, 패킷 지연 또는 데이터 처리량에 대한 곡선값들을 저장하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 네트워크.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,변경된 수신 상태들중 어느 것에 기초하여 또는 주기적으로 전송 단말기가 변조 방법 및 전송 전력을 결정하는 상기 제 1 및 제 2 단계를 실행하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 네트워크.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,어떤 거리들에서 전송 단말기는 전력 파라미터들에 기초하여 상기 파라미터 및 상기 소망의 패킷 에러율 또는 패킷 지연을 적합시키도록 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 네트워크.
- 전송 단말기로서 데이터 전송 초기에,제 1 단계에서, 최대 허용된 패킷 에러율 또는 최대 허용된 패킷 지연이 아래에 남아있거나, 추정된 수신된-사용자-신호-대-잡음-전력 비율을 위해 최대 데이터 처리량이 달성되는 변조 방법을 선택하도록 제공되고,제 2 단계에서, 상기 제 1 단계에서 선택된 상기 변조 방법에 대해 소망의 패킷 에러율 또는 패킷 지연을 위해 얻어지는 전송 전력을 결정하도록 제공되는, 복수의 부가의 단말들을 포함하는 네트워크에서의 단말기.
