의료기기용 X-선 필름 현상기에서 일반적으로 필름현상을 위하여 현상탱크를 사용하는데 일반적으로 특수화학 약품이 들어가 " SUS" 혹은 "수지" 사출을 사용하는데 SUS는 가공 및 용접, 프레스 등 많은 공정이 필요하여 조립 완성 후 공차가 심하게 발생되어 불량이 많이 발생되며 조립 후 사용과정에서 용접 및 조립 불량 등으로 불량의 원인이 되어 일반적으로 사출금형을 제작하여 수지를 성형하는 방법으로 제품의 안정 및 치수확보 및 대량생산을 꾀하나 사출금형비가 고가이어서 어려움이 많고 무게가 무거우며 소량 생산시 과다한 비용으로 생산이 어려운 경우가 많다.In the X-ray film developing machine for medical devices, development tanks are generally used for film development.
