Claims (2)
- 일측에 흡입구가 형성되고, 상기 흡입구로부터 일정거리 떨어진 곳에 배출구가 형성되어있는 펌핑홀이 실린더 내부에 형성되고, 상기 펌핑홀 내부에 로터가 편심되게 설치되어 있는 로터리 베인형 진공펌프에 있어서,상기 로터의 결합홀 내부에 봉형태로 형성된 일정길이의 베인을 삽입하고, 상기 로터의 중심을 통과하는 펌핑홀의 직경이 모두 동일해지도록 펌핑홀의 외경을 가공하여 로터의 회전에 의해 베인이 펌핑홀 내부에서 회전할때 베인의 양끝부분이 항시 펌핑홀에 밀착된 상태를 유지하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 로터리 베인형 진공펌프의 실린더구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 베인의 양끝부분에 유선형의 곡면부를 형성하여 펌핑홀 외벽과의 밀착도가 향상되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 로터리 베인형 진공펌프의 실린더구조.
