Abstract

PURPOSE: An ECR-POS-KIT is provided to process data more than 6,000 and upgrade a manual cash register by a brief POS system by loading a data management software. CONSTITUTION: 80 serial CPU loads a program. Data are stored in a flash RAM. Item data and cost information are stored in a RAM. A computer connects the item data to an RS-232 port. The item data are stored and deleted from a memory of the ECT-POS-KIT through the RS-232 port, respectively. An inter printer of a conventional cash register is used for an output system. A keyboard of the conventional cash register or a scanner is used for an input section. In a KIT mounting, an ECR-POS-KIT is substituted for CPU of the conventional cash register. A length of a cable is adjusted so that an RS-232 connector is connected to a housing of an external input section.

기존 수동 금전등록기의 기능중 가장 불편한점은 10~50개의 품목만을 등록할수 있어 출력시 그 이상의 품목을 출력하지 못했던것을 6,000개 이상의 데이터를 처리할수 있도록 개발하고 데이터관리 소프트웨어를 적재하여 수동 금전 등록기를 간이 POS 시스템으로 업그레이드 하여 통합 관리 시스템을 구성 하는 것이며 일반 퍼스널 컴퓨터와 시리얼 통신을 가능 하도록 설계하여 판매재고등의 데이타를 컴퓨터와주고 받으므로서 판매 및 재고 관리를 원할히 할수 있도록 하고 퍼스널 컴퓨터를 통한 인터넷상으로 네트워크망을 구축하여 전국적인 네트워크 판매 관리시스템을 이룩하는 것이다.The most uncomfortable of the functions of the existing manual cash register is that it can register only 10 to 50 items so that more than 6,000 data can not be outputted when printing. 본 발명을 이를 위해서 그림1 과같이 80계열의 CPU를 사용하여 프로그램을 탑제하고 플래쉬 램에 데이터를 저장할수 있는 회로설계하고 품목데이터와 가격등의 정보를 RAM 저장시키기 위한 프로그램을 구성하여 컴퓨터를 통하여 품목 데이터를 RS-232 포트에 연결하여 ECR-POS-KIT의 메모리에 저장 및 삭제를 할수 있도록 하였다. 출력 시스템으로는 기존 금전 등록기의 인터프린터를 사용할수도 있고 다른 프린터 시스템으로 출력할 수 있도록 출력부를 설계하고 입력부는 기존 금전등록기의 키보드를 통한 입력과 스케너를 통한 입력하는 구조로 변경하였다. 키트 장착은 기존 금전등록기의 CPU를 제거하고 그 자리에 ECR-POS-KIT를 삽입 할수 있는구조로 PCB를 제작하고 구형 금전등록기의 외부 입력 부의 하우징으로 RS232 컨넥터를 연결 할수 있도록 케이블의 길이등을 적절히 조절하여 장착하도록 설계하고 금전등록기의 판매관리 시스템의 자동화를 위해 컴퓨터와 데이터 통신을 할수 있도록 RS-232 포트를 통하여 사용자의 정보 및 데이터를 입출력 할수 있는 프로그램을 그림4 와같이 CPU에 탑제 시켜 간이 POS 시스템을 구축하게 된다. 또한, 종합판매관리 시스템을 사용하도록 퍼스널 컴퓨터에 소프트웨어를 설치하고 ECS-POS-KIT 와 컴퓨터와 서로 데이타를 주고 받을수 있는 소프트웨어를 통하여 통합 관리시스템을 만들고 인터넷을 통한 네크워크용 소프트웨어를 퍼스널 컴퓨터에 INSTALL하면 전국적 네트워크 판매관리 시스템을 구성할 수 있으며 더 나아가서 퍼스널 컴퓨터 통한 본사 및 그외에 지점을 하나의 시스템으로 묵어주는 전국 네트워크 관리시스템을 구현된다.In order to accomplish the present invention, as shown in Fig. 1, a program using 80 CPUs is equipped with a program, a circuit design capable of storing data in a flash RAM, and a program for RAM storage of information such as item data and price.
