Claims (3)
- 냉매가스를 고온고압의 상태로 압축하여 배출하는 압축기와, 상기 압축기에서 압축된 냉매를 방열에 의하여 액상으로 응축하는 응축기와, 상기 응축기로부터 배출되는 냉매에 함유된 수분을 제거하는 드라이어와, 상기 응축기에서 응축된 고온고압 상태의 액상 냉매를 교축작용에 의하여 저압상태의 액상냉매로 팽창시키는 팽창밸브와, 상기 팽창밸브에서 팽창된 냉매를 증발시키면서 냉매의 증발잠열을 이용하여 피 냉각물체와 열 교환 에 의하여 냉동효과를 달성하면서 증발하여 저온저압의 기상의 냉매가스를 압축기로 복귀시키는 증발기와, 그리고 상기 증발기로부터 배출되어 압축기로 복귀하는 냉매가스 중에 함유된 미 증발의 액 냉매 분을 분리하는 액 분리기를 포함하여 이루어지는 냉동시스템에 있어서,상기 압축기의 토출라인과 상기 응축기의 토출라인에는 각각 압력센서와 온도센서에 의해 압력과 온도를 계측하여 제어되는 냉매유량 조절밸브와 핫가스 조절밸브가 설치된 바이패스관로를 설치함과 아울러 그 바이패스관로를 상기 여과기의 입구단에 연결되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 바이패스관로에는 입젝터를 설치하되 그 이젝터의 입구단에 바이패스관로를 연결함과 아울러 이젝터의 출구단을 여과기의 입구단에 연결하고, 상기 이젝터는 증발기의 출구단에 연결하여 벤추리 작용으로 회수하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동시스템.
- 제 1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 바이패스관로에는 역순환을 방지하기 위한 역지변을 더 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동시스템.
