Claims (4)
- 화학분석의 단위 기능을 수행하는 플라스틱재질로 이루어진 다수 개의 모듈이 적층되어 두개의 수직지지대의 의하여 정렬되며;상기 수직 지지대는 설치된 수평 압박대에 의하여 단단히 고정되며;상기 다수 개의 모듈은 서로 원터치 배관에 의하여 상위 및 하위모듈 간의 유체관로의 연결이 이루어지고;상기 다수 개의 모듈은 초소형 다이아프램펌프, 초소형 시린지 펌프, 초소형 인젝터, 혼합코일, 플로우셀 등이며;상기 다수 개 각각의 모듈에는 마이크로프로세서가 내장되어 전원 및 직렬통신선로로 이루어진 직렬 통신 버스에 접속하여 상호 통신하여 자동샘플링, 자동보정 및 자동측정을 수행하는 적층형 모듈식 초소형 화학분석기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 원터치 배관은 폴리이서이서케톤(Polyetheretherketone)재질의 튜브토막과 이 튜브토막의 직경 보다 작은 직경을 갖는 피삽입 홀 사이의 공차를 이용하여 밀착되게 삽입된 적층형 모듈식 초소형 화학분석기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 시린지 펌프는 사각형 플라스틱 모듈 내에 감속기어, 실린더, 피스톤, 전후진 센서 및 두개의 체크밸브를 집적시켜 적층형 구조의 단위모듈로 사용할 수 있는 적층형 모듈식 초소형 화학분석기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 인젝터는 사각형 플라스틱 모듈 내에 감속기어, 실린더, 피스톤 및 전후진 센서를 집적시켜 적층형 구조의 단위모듈로 사용할 수 있는 형이며, 피스톤의 외벽에 유체관로를 음각시켜 샘플루프가 샘플 입출력관이나 추진액 입출력관에 피스톤의 전후진에 따라 서로 연결되는 적층형 모듈식 초소형 화학분석기.
