Abstract

본 고안은 인조대리석을 가공및 제작 공정을 거쳐 세면대 가구용 문짝으로 만들어 사용할수있도록 고안한 것이다.The present invention is designed to be used as a door for the vanity furniture through the processing and manufacturing process artificial marble.

본 고안 따르면 무게가 무거운 인조대리석 판재를 가구용 도아로 사용할수있도록 제작 및 가공공정을 통하여 경첩을 장착 손쉽게 기존의 가구에 부착하도록 도아 후면에는 MDF 판재를 가공 하여 접착 부위를 강력순간접착제 및 목재용본드와 인조대리석 접합본드를 사용 각부위에 접합하였으며 내부에는 가벼운 우드락을 접합하여 견고하게 제작이 되었다.According to the present invention, a heavy-weight artificial marble plate can be used as a furniture door, and the hinge can be easily attached to existing furniture through a manufacturing and processing process.
