Description
본 고안의 목적은 하수 및 폐수를 생물학적(生物學的)으로 처리하는 과정에서 포기조(AERATION TANK)의 미생물에 산소를 공급하여 폐수를 정화 처리하는 공정(工程)중 송풍기(送風機)로부터 유입된 공기(空氣)를 미세하게 분사(噴射) 시켜주는 장치로써 이와 같은 목적을 가진 산기관은 PE 타입과 세라믹(CERAMIC)등이 있다The purpose of the present invention is to supply air from the blower during the process of purifying wastewater by supplying oxygen to the microorganisms of AERATION TANK in the process of biologically treating sewage and wastewater. 본 고안은 멤브레인(MEMBRANE.3)을 천연고무(EPDM) 또는 우레탄(URETANE RUBBER), 실리콘(SILICON RUBBER)등으로 제작한 것으로써 이를 도면을 통하여 상세히 설명하면, 본고안의 구성은 제1도와 제2도, 제3도 및 제4도에서 보는 것과 같이 주요부가 본체베이스(BASE.1), 리테이닝 너트(RETAINING NUT.2), 멤브레인(MEMBREN.3), 새들(SADDLE.11-1), 클램프(CLAMP.11-2), 록킹핸들(ROCKING HANDLE.11-3), 씰링고무(SEALING RUBBER.11-4)등으로 구성되어 있으며 그 기능 및 형상은 공기공급관(空氣供給管.9)을 통하여 공급되는 공기(AIR)가 베이스(BASE.1)의 오리피스 홀(ORIFICE HOLE.4)을 통하여 산기관 내부로 유입되면 베이스(BASE.1)와 리테이닝 너트(RETAINING NUT.2)로 고정된 멤브레인(MEMBRANE.3)이 팽창하게 되며 이때 멤브레인의 유효면적 전면에 걸쳐 타공 되어있는 많은수의 미세기공들이 열리게 되며 1~3mm 크기의 균일한 미세기포를 분출하게 된다. 공기공급관(空氣供給管.9)으로 공급되는 공기가 중단되면 멤브레인의 기공은 즉시 원상태로 되어 폐수의 역유입을 방지할 수 있게되며 이중의 폐수 역유입을 방지 시키기 위한 체크밸브(CHECK VALVE) 기능을 갖는 역류방지턱(逆流防止.6)이 베이스 상부표면 중앙에 있어 수압에 의한 체크밸브(CHECK VALVE) 기능을 하도록 하였다.The present invention is made of a membrane (MEMBRANE.3) made of natural rubber (EPDM) or urethane (URETANE RUBBER), silicone (SILICON RUBBER), and the like will be described in detail with reference to the drawings, the configuration of the present invention is the first and second As shown in Figs. 3 and 4, the main part has a main body base (BASE.1), a retaining nut (RETAINING NUT. 2), a membrane (MEMBREN. 3), a saddle (SADDLE. 11-1), and a clamp.
