Description
The present invention relates to a cylinder of a sterling cycle machine, and in particular, the sterling cycle is configured by separating the cylinder connecting the hot and cold parts to prevent direct heat loss to improve performance and efficiency.
Conventional sterling cycle machines include a piston (5) and a displacer (4) reciprocating by a crankshaft (6) installed in the crankcase (7) as shown in FIG. 1, and the piston (5) and the displacer (4). The cylinder 8 to which the gas reciprocates and the piston 5 and the displacer 4 in the cylinder 8 form a heat absorbing space A and a heat radiating space B while blocking the flow path of the gas. A heat absorber 1 connected to the heat absorbing space A and a regenerator 2 and a radiator 3 are provided in an outer cylinder connected to the heat absorber 1.
In the drawings, reference numerals 9, 10, and 11 denote sealing members.
When the sterling cycle machine is driven in this configuration, the sterling cycle is a cycle in which two heat sources having a large temperature difference must always exist so that the regenerator (A) can maintain the temperature difference between the endothermic space (A) and the heat generating space (B). 2) The heat storage and release of the working gas through the 2) is added to the heat absorber (1) by the loss and removed from the heat sink (3) as long as it does not fall into work.
Therefore, when the Stirling cycle is operated as an engine, the heat absorbing part plays a role of connecting the cylinder (8) between the heat absorbing space (A), which is a high temperature space, and the heat generating space (B), a low temperature space. And poor performance.
In addition, due to the high temperature portion, the entire cylinder is used as an expensive high temperature material, and only a portion where the sealing member 10 of the piston 5 and the sealing member 9 of the displacer 4 reciprocate is required to have a high precision finish. There is a difficult problem.
Therefore, a problem arises that the performance and efficiency are lowered and the material and processing costs are increased.
Therefore, in view of this, the present invention separates the cylinder in which the sealing member of the piston and the sealing member of the displacer reciprocate up and down, and prevents the leakage of gas and the transfer of heat to the separated part. The purpose is to increase the performance and efficiency by providing.

Hereinafter, with reference to the accompanying drawings, the cylinder of the sterling cycle machine according to the present invention will be described.
3 is a cross-sectional view of the present invention sterling cycle machine cylinder, and FIG. 4 is an operation state diagram of the present invention sterling cycle machine cylinder.
As shown, a crankshaft is provided in the crankcase, and a piston and a displacer reciprocated by the crankshaft are installed in the cylinder.
In the cylinder, an endothermic space A and a heat dissipation space B are formed for the piston 105 and the displacer 104 to block a gas flow path. A heat absorber 101 is connected to the heat absorbing space A. The heat absorber 101 is connected to a regenerator 102 and a radiator 103 formed in an outer cylinder.
On the other hand, the cylinder is formed to be separated into the upper and lower (108a, 108b) to prevent the high temperature of the heat absorbing space (A) is transferred to the heat radiation space (B). In addition, at the connection portions of the upper and lower portions 108a and 108b, a gas leaks and a sealing member 112 is provided to prevent heat transfer.
In the drawings, reference numerals 109, 110, 111 are sealing members.
As described above, in the present invention, as the piston and the displacer reciprocate in the cylinder, the heat generated by the upper and lower parts of the cylinder separated up and down is exposed to the high temperature at the upper side and the lower side to the direct metal. By eliminating contact, heat loss can be reduced.
In addition, only the upper part of the cylinder can be made of a high temperature material, and the lower part of the cylinder can be made of a material with good finish and surface roughness, so that the material can be formed and processed to meet the role of each part, thereby reducing material cost and improving workability.
