Abstract

내연기관 (자동차) 에서 엔진오일 필타를 사용하는 목적은 엔진오일 내에 있는 각종 이 물질을 제거하여 엔진내부로 항상 깨끗한 오일을 빠른시간내에 보내주기 위함이다.그리고 일정시간이 지나면 새 오일 필타로 교환하여야만 엔진은 항상 깨끗한 오일을 공급받을수 있다.The purpose of using the engine oil filter in the internal combustion engine (automotive) is to remove various substances in the engine oil and to always send clean oil to the engine within a short time. 기존의 분리형 필터를 보다 편리하고 안전하게 여과지 교체 작업을 할 수 있도록 연결 볼트를 하우징에 고정 배치하여 작업능률을 향상 시키기 위함이다.This is to improve the work efficiency by fixing the connecting bolt to the housing so that the existing filter can be replaced more conveniently and safely.

기존의 분리형 오일 필터는 여과지 교환시 볼트가 완전히 풀린후에야 상측캡과 하우징이 분리가 되어져 여과지 교체가 가능하도록 되어있다.Existing separable oil filter can be replaced filter paper by separating upper cap and housing only after bolts are completely loosened when changing filter paper.

상기에서 설명한 기존의 분리형 오일필터의 단점을 개선하고자 본 고안은 상측캡과 하우징을 연결시키는 볼트를 하우징에 완전히 장착하여 너트를 조금만 풀어도 고정볼트가 하우징 밖으로 움직일수 있도록 하여 간편하고 안전하게 상측캡과 하우징을 분리,연결 할 수 있게 하였다. 또한 상측캡에 와샤 자리를 만들어서 너트를 조일시에 볼트가 한쪽방향으로 쏠리지 않게 하였다.In order to improve the disadvantages of the conventional separate oil filter described above, the present invention is a bolt that connects the upper cap and the housing to the housing completely so that the fixing bolt can move out of the housing even with a slight loosening of the nut.
