Abstract
본고안은 전자파 차폐용 EMI 가스켓에 관한 것으로 그 구성은 직사각형의 폴리우레탄재 탄성체(1)의 사면을 P,E섬유위에 구리와 니켈로 도금된 도전체(2)를 감싸져 형성되고 하부에는 접착 테이프(3)가 부착된 통상의 가스켓에 있어서, 상기 도전체(2) 위에 도전성이 강한 동판(4)을 접착제(5)로 상부,좌,우측부 삼면에 감싸서 형성됨을 특징으로하는 전자파 차폐용 EMI 가스켓인데 이것은 전자기기에서 방사되는 전자파를 1차,2차로 차단할 수 있도록하여 전자파의 차단율을 높여줌으로서 전자기기로부터 전자파를 외부로 나오는 것을 최대한 억제시켜 전자파로 인한 인체에 피해를 최소화함과 동시에 전자기기에 노이즈및 오작동 방지를 최소화하는 효과가 있는 것이다.This study relates to EMI gasket for electromagnetic shielding and its configuration is formed by wrapping the rectangular polyurethane elastic body 1 on the P, E fibers with copper and nickel plated conductors 2 wrapped thereon In a conventional gasket with a tape (3), the electromagnetic shielding is characterized in that the conductive copper plate (4) on the conductor (2) is wrapped around the upper, left, right sides with an adhesive (5) It is an EMI gasket that can block the electromagnetic waves radiated from the electronic devices in the first and second order to increase the blocking rate of the electromagnetic waves, thereby minimizing the damage to the human body due to the electromagnetic waves. 본고안은 전자파 차폐용 EMI 가스켓에 관한 것으로 특히 폴리우레탄재의 탄성체의 사면에 P.E+구리+니켈 도금으로된 도전체를 감싸져서 형성된 EMI 가스켓의 몸체 삼면에 도전성이 강한 동판테이프를 감싸서 부착하므로서 핸드폰이나 컴퓨터 또는 텔레비젼내에서 발생하는 전자파의 차단율을 높여 전자파로 하여금 인체에 해를 주지 않도록함과 동시에 전자기기에 노이즈및 오작동 방지를 최소화하도록한 것에 관한 것이다.This study relates to EMI gaskets for electromagnetic shielding.
