Abstract
본 고안은 팔찌에 관한 것이다. 특히 본 고안은 디엔에이분석장치로 분석한 특정인의 디엔에이 염기서열(2)구조를 형상화하여 그 디엔에이염기서열대로 고리(3)로써 연결하여 이루어진 팔찌이다. 따라서 장식적 효과는 물론 개인의 신원을 증명하게 할 수도 있다.The present invention relates to a bracelet. 이하, 본 고안에 따른 팔찌를 첨부된 도면에 따라 상세히 설명한다.본 고안에 따른 팔찌(1)는, 도 1에 도시된 바와같이, 특정인(주로 팔찌 착용자)의 독특한 디엔에이 염기서열을 컴퓨터를 이용한 공지의 디엔에이 분석장치로써 분석하여 발췌하고, 그 발췌된 특정인의 디엔에이 염기서열(2)의 각 염기들은 문자로 성형하여 성형된 각 염기들은 그 특정인의 디엔에이 염기서열대로 고리(3)로써 연결하여 구성한 것이다.상기 특정인의 디엔에이 염기서열을 분석하는 과정을 단계별로 설명하면 다음과 같다. 디엔에이 제공자의 머리카락등과 같은 신체 일부로부터 디엔에이 구조를 추출하고, 추출된 디엔에이를 공지의 피씨알방법으로 증폭한 후, 증폭된 디엔에이를 컴퓨터를 이용한 디엔에이 시퀀서(sequencer,예컨대 377 디엔에이 시퀀서)를 이용하여 시퀀싱하고, 그 시퀀싱한 디엔에이 염기서열을 표준 디엔에이 염기서열(ABI377 또는 310 디엔에이 염기서열)과 비교분석하여 그 특정인의 디엔에이 염기서열중 독특한 부분을 발췌한다.Hereinafter, a bracelet according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
