Abstract

본 고안은 기존의 가정용,산업용 다이어프램가스미터에는 누적적산계량기만 장착되어 있어 일정기간에 사용한 가스유량을 즉시 계량하기가 곤란한 점을,가스유량을 용이하게 계량할 수 있는 트립미터를 기존의 가정용,산업용 다이어프램가스미터에 장치하여 일정기간에 사용한 가스량을 용이하게 검침,계량할 수 있는 고안이다.

Description

트립미터기능식 다이어프램 가스계량기{Diaphram Gas meter with the function of tripmeter}
일반적으로 가정용이나 업무용으로 설치된 다이아프램 가스미터는 도 1에 도시한 바와 같이 누적적산계량으로 검침이 가능하게 되어있어 월사용량 또는 일정기간별 사용량을 용이하게 할 수 없다.
그러나 도 2에 도시한 트립미터를 장착한 가스미터를 사용하면 기간내의 사용한 가스를 용이하게 계량할 수 있으며 계량후 리셋 버튼을 누르면 트립미터의 지시단위가 0으로 리셋된후 트립미터가 재가동되므로 항상 현재의 가스사용량을 쉽게 알 수 있으며 또한 일정용량의 저장용기나 탱크의 가스사용량을 즉시 계량하므로서 가스잔량 파악을 용이하게 한다.

본 고안은 도 1에 도시된 누적적산 계량기에 트립미터와 리셋버튼을 장착하여,도시가스와 LPG공급자 및 사용자가 누적적산계량과 일정기간의 사용량을 동시에 인지할 수 있다.
이상에서와 같이 본 고안에 의하면 누적적산가스계량기에 트립미터를 장착하여 가스공급자 또는 사용자가 필요시에 즉시 계량이 가능하여 가스사용량에 대한 계산착오의 분쟁을 예방할 수 있으며, L.P.G체적용량 측정을 정확하게하여 공급자의 적기공급을 가능하게 할 수 있고, 사용자는 가스사용량을 조절할 수 있어 에너지절감의 효과를 기대할 수 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 가스계량기를 설치 사용하는 최초 시점부터 사용한 총가스유량을 누적 계량하여 수치로 표시하여 주는 '다이어프램 가스계량 장치'에 일정기간 동안의 가스유량을 계량하여 그 일정기간 동안 계량한 가스유량을 수치로 표시하도록 한 트립미터 장치와 리셋버튼을 장착한 '트림미터기능식 다이어프램 가스계량기'.
