Claims (1)
- 급수배관상에 장착된 상태에서 유입되는 물이 원적외선 및 자력의 작용에 의하여 활성화되도록 하는 자활수장치(20)와, 상기 자활수장치(20)를 통과한 물속에 함유된 이물질 등이 여과되도록 하는 정수장치(60). 상기 자활수장치(20)와 정수장치(60)가 서로 하나의 몸체로 결합 또는 분리되도록 하는 클램프장치(70), 상기 자활수장치(20)와 정수장치(60)의 결합부사이에서 클램프 되어 자활수장치(20)의 내부와 정수장치(60)의 내부를 서로 분리시켜줌과 동시에 면상의 가장자리에는 상기 자활수장치(20) 및 정수장치(60)의 내부가 서로 연통되도록 하는 다수의 관통공(12)이 일정 간격으로 형성된 중간판(14), 상기 자활수장치(20)에 연결된 유입관(16) 상의 소정 위치에 설치되어 장치내부의 수압변화를 나타내주는 압력게이지(18)로 이루어지되, 상기 자활수장치(20)는 상부면의 중심부에 일정한 크기의 장착공(22)이 형성되고, 하부면이 개방된 소정 체적의 하우징(24)과, 상기 하우징(24)상의 장착공(22)에 장착된 상태에서 외부로부터 유입관(16)이 끼워지도록 하는 유입관장착부재(26), 상기 하우징(24)의 내부에서 서로 일정한 간격을 유지하면서 동심원상으로 끼워져 물의 순환경로를 형성하는 서로 다른 직경을 갖는 다수의 가이드원통(28,28a), 상기 하우징(24)의 내면과 가이드원통(28) 사이의 공간부 및 중심 가이드원통(28a) 사이에 형성되는 공간부에 채워진 상태에서 원적외선을 방사하는 세라믹볼(34)로 이루어지며, 상기 정수장치(60)는 상부면이 개방되고, 하부면의 중심부에는 일정한 크기의 장착공(62)이 형성된 소정 체적의하우징(64)과, 상기 장착공(62)에 장착된 상태에서 외부의 유출관(18)이 끼워지도록 하는 유출관 장착부재(68), 상기 하우징(64)의 내부에 설치된 상태에서 자활수 장치(20)를 통하여 유입된 후 상기 유출관(18)을 통하여 유출되는 물을 여과시키며, 관형 필터(80a), 세라믹볼(80b), 영구자석(80c)으로 이루어지는 여과수단(80), 상기 여과수단(80)의 상단부와 하단부에 설치되는 패킹부재(82), 상기 여과수단(80)의 내부의 아래쪽에서 유출관장착부재(68)의 내주면상에 나사 결합되며, 상단면에는 일정한 깊이의 나사홈(84)이, 외주면의 소정 높이에는 상기 유출관(18)과 연통되는 유출공(86)이 형성된 유출가이드부재(88), 상기 여과수단(80)의 상단부에 설치된 패킹부재(82)의 상면을 눌러줌과 동시에 여과수단(80)의 내부로 끼워져 상기 유출가이드부재(88)상의 나사홈(84)에 나사결합되는 조립볼트(90)에 의하여 상기 여과수단(80)과 패킹부재(82)를 동시에 고정시켜 주는 고정수단(92)및, 상기 유출가이드부재(88)의 내측상부에 씌워지는 망형(網形)의 캡(94)으로 이루어진 정수겸용 자활수 시스템에 있어서,상기 자활수 장치(20)의 가이드원통(28) 및 중심 가이드원통(28a) 내부에는 은합금 재질의 스크류 안내 가이드(29)가 각각 내장되어 있으며, 이 스크류 안내가이드(29)들의 방향은 물 흐름을 원활히 하고 긴 통로를 형성하기 위해 서로 엇갈리는 방향으로 배치되고, 자석(32)으로 둘러싸인 중심 가이드원통(28a)은 도기와 같은 세라믹 재질로 형성되어 있으며, 상기 세라믹볼(34,80b)들은 특수 코팅되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 항균 기능을 강화한 정수겸용 자활수 시스템.
