Description

자동차의 플로어패널구조{floor panel structure of vehicle}Floor panel structure of vehicle

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a floor panel structure of a vehicle, and more particularly, to a floor panel structure of a vehicle that is capable of improving the stiffness of the entire floor panel by increasing the rigidity of the tunnel portion through which the muffler pipe passes.

Generally, the floor panel 10 of the vehicle includes a front floor panel 11 supporting a driver's seat and a passenger seat, a center floor panel 12 supporting a rear seat, and a fuel tank, as shown in FIGS. It is composed of a combination of the rear floor panel 13 to form a trunk room while being fixed.

Here, the tunnel portion 10a through which the muffler pipe 20 passes is integrally provided at an intermediate portion of the floor panel 10, and both ends of the tunnel portion 10a are formed in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body. The upper surface is curved to protrude toward the interior.

In addition, the front seat cross member 30, which reinforces the rigidity of the front seat (not shown), is integrally joined to the upper surface of the center floor panel 12 by welding, and the front seat cross member 30 is installed. Both ends thereof are provided while crossing the center floor panel 12 in the horizontal axis direction along the width of the vehicle body.

In addition, the front seat cross member 30 is installed on the upper surface of the center floor panel 12, so that a certain volume of sealed spaces A and B is formed between the center floor panel 12 and the front seat cross member 30. The sealed spaces A and B are formed only at both sides of the tunnel portion 10a according to the junction structure of the center floor panel 12 and the front seat cross member 30, and the tunnel portion ( It is a structure not formed above 10a).

On the other hand, both ends of the center floor panel 12 and both ends of the front seat cross member 30 has a structure in which the side seal inner panels (41, 42) are joined to each other by welding, the side seal inner Both ends of the panels 41 and 42 are joined to the side seal outer panels 43 and 44 by welding, respectively, and a predetermined volume is formed between the side seal inner panels 41 and 42 and the side seal outer panels 43 and 44. The closed space of the structure is formed.

However, as described above, the front seat cross member 30 is bonded to the upper surface of the center floor panel 12 to form a sealed space formed between the center floor panel 12 and the front seat cross member 30. ) Is formed only at both sides of the tunnel portion 10a and not formed above the tunnel portion 10a, so that the rigidity of the tunnel portion 10a is joined to the front seat cross member 30. There was a problem in that it is relatively weaker than other parts of the floor panel 12.

That is, as shown in FIG. 3, the closed structure of the box closed end surface is not formed on the upper surface of the tunnel portion 10a, and thus, the side surfaces of the closed spaces A and B of the closed box closed side are formed. The stiffness becomes relatively weak.

Accordingly, when a side collision accident occurs, both side portions of the center floor panel 12 in which the sealed spaces A and B are formed are minimized to minimize the deformation while reducing the impact force, but the tunnel is not formed. Part 10a has a problem that damages the muffler pipe 20 while the deformation is severely distorted by receiving most of the impact force.

Accordingly, the present invention has been made to solve the above problems, by installing a reinforcement panel under the tunnel portion to increase the rigidity of the tunnel portion, while minimizing the deformation of the tunnel portion due to the impact force in the event of a side collision accident of the muffler pipe The object is to provide a floor panel structure of a vehicle that is capable of preventing damage as much as possible.

The floor panel structure of the present invention for achieving the above object, the center floor panel having a tunnel portion, the muffler pipe is installed, and the center floor panel while crossing the center floor panel in the transverse direction so that the closed space is formed on both sides of the tunnel portion It is characterized in that it comprises a front seat cross member is installed between the tunnel portion and the muffler pipe and both ends are joined to the bottom surface of the center floor panel to form a sealed space below the tunnel portion. .

The both ends thereof are formed in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body, and the upper surface thereof is formed to be bent while protruding toward the interior.

In addition, the front sheet cross member 30 that reinforces the rigidity of the front sheet (not shown) is integrally joined by welding to the upper surface of the center floor panel 12, as shown in FIG. The seat cross member 30 has a structure in which both ends thereof are installed while crossing the center floor panel 12 in the horizontal axis direction along the width of the vehicle body.

In addition, the front seat cross member 30 is installed on the upper surface of the center floor panel 12, so that a certain volume is sealed between the center floor panel 12 and the front seat cross member 30 as shown in FIG. Spaces A and B are formed, and the sealed spaces A and B are formed only at both sides of the tunnel portion 10a according to the junction structure of the center floor panel 12 and the front seat cross member 30. It is formed and is not formed above the tunnel portion 10a.

The heights H 1 and H 2 of the sealed spaces A and B are formed to have the same height H 1 = H 2 .

Meanwhile, a reinforcement panel 50 is installed between the tunnel portion 10a and the muffler pipe 20 to increase the rigidity of the tunnel portion 10a as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5. 50 includes a tunnel portion 10a, and both ends thereof are joined to the bottom surface of the center floor panel 12 so as to be installed.

Further, below the tunnel portion 10a, a sealed volume C having a predetermined volume is formed by the reinforcement panel 50 installed in the center floor panel 12.

Here, the height (H 3 ) of the closed space (C) formed by the tunnel portion 10a and the reinforcement panel 50 is minimized the deformation of the tunnel portion (10a) by the impact force when the side collision accident occurs. In order to form the same as the height (H 1 , H 2 ) of the closed space (A, B) formed by the center floor panel 12 and the front seat cross member 30 (H 1 = H 2 = H 3 ) Or higher (H 1 > H 2 = H 3 ).

In addition, both ends of the center floor panel 12 and both ends of the front seat cross member 30 are joined to the side seal inner panels 41 and 42 by welding, respectively, and the side seal inner Both ends of the panels 41 and 42 are joined to the side seal outer panels 43 and 44 by welding, respectively, and a predetermined volume is formed between the side seal inner panels 41 and 42 and the side seal outer panels 43 and 44. The sealed space of the structure is formed.

Thus, the reinforcement panel between the tunnel portion 10a of the center floor panel 12 in which the front seat cross member 30 is installed according to the present invention and the muffler pipe 20 installed inside the tunnel portion 10a. As the structural rigidity of the further increases, the lateral rigidity of the entire floor panel 10 is also improved.

In addition, when the stiffness of the tunnel portion 10a is increased, even if a side collision accident occurs while driving, the deformation of the crushing portion of the tunnel portion 10a is minimized by the impact force, thereby the reinforcement panel 50 It is also possible to minimize the damage of the muffler pipe 20 is installed below.

In addition, if the overall lateral rigidity of the floor panel 10 is improved due to the increased rigidity of the tunnel portion 10a, the amount of deformation of the floor panel 10 is minimized in the event of a side collision and thus the occupant safety. In addition to providing maximum protection, the vehicle's Noise Vibration Harshness (NVH) performance is also improved.

As described above, according to the present invention, a reinforcement panel is installed between the tunnel portion formed in the center floor panel and the muffler pipe installed in the tunnel portion, thereby increasing the structural rigidity of the tunnel portion 10a.
