Description

직물지에 평활면의 입체무늬를 형성하는 방법{THE METHOD OF FORMING CUBIC DESIGN HAVING FLAT SURFACE ON THE WOVEN GOODS}{THE METHOD OF FORMING CUBIC DESIGN HAVING FLAT SURFACE ON THE WOVEN GOODS}

The present invention relates to a method of forming a three-dimensional pattern of the smooth surface on a woven paper using a cylindrical printing roller.

More specifically, the present invention relates to a method of forming a three-dimensional pattern having a smooth surface on a fabric paper using a cylindrical printing roller formed with a pattern formed by a group of countless ink outflow holes on the cylindrical printing roller surface.

Conventional cylindrical printing rollers filled with PVC paste resin, in the case of forming solid or multi-colored three-dimensional patterns on fabrics, printing ink (PVC paste solution) spilled from a group of numerous printing ink outlet holes forming a pattern on the surface of a cylindrical roller. Since the ink solution is adhered to the fabric to form a pattern, the ink solution is attached to the fabric prior to gelation, so that the thick printed layer has fluidity, and the surface of the pattern does not have smoothness due to irregularities of the fabric.

As a result, a unique pattern that requires a smooth surface such as a pattern having a pseudo-like pattern such as crocodile, snake's abdomen, carp and crucian carp on the stage clothes or fabrics where reflection of light is required at night or in a dark stage. Has not been solved by the monochromatic or multicolored three-dimensional pattern formation method by a cylindrical printing roller on a conventional textile paper.

The present invention is printed on woven paper (fabric) by using the cylindrical printing roller used in the method of forming a multicolored pattern on the woven paper using the cylindrical printing rollers filed in Korean Patent Application Nos. 2002-26038 and 2002-56039 As described above, the three-dimensional pattern can have excellent smoothness and reflectivity, so that a unique pattern requiring smooth surfaces such as abdominal patterns such as crocodiles and snakes, scale patterns of crucian carp and carp can be exhibited as described above, and excellent reflectivity on the pattern In order to form the required unique pattern, the cylindrical printing roller firstly prints the pattern with a PVC paste printing ink on the polyester film with a smooth surface, and the printed film is overlaid with the fabric and passed through the interlocking roller. The ink is gelatinized and then the pattern of the film surface is transferred to the fabric paper. To provide a method of forming a body pattern is aimed.

1 is an apparatus for carrying out the invention.

The present invention continuously prints a three-dimensional pattern (thick pattern layer) on a cylindrical printing roller on a synthetic resin film (polyester film), and proceeds to a thermal chamber in a state in which a fabric paper (fabric) is stacked on the printed film surface and passed through a pressure roller. It is a method of forming a three-dimensional pattern of the smooth surface on the fabric by gelling the PVC paste printing ink in the heat chamber and separating the pattern-printed fabric from the film after passing through the heat chamber to the fabric.

Referring to the process diagram (apparatus) of FIG. 1 performing the method to explain the method in more detail,

The surface of the film 1A supplied from the polyester film feed roller 1 is preheated with the heater 2 and fed onto the conveyor belt 3 so as to be engaged with the conveyor belt 3 on the film surface in the process of proceeding. The three-dimensional pattern 4A is printed by the rotating cylindrical roller 4, and the fabric 5A supplied from the fabric supply roller 5 is superimposed on the printed film surface, and passes through the pressure roller 6 to heat the chamber ( 7) proceed to the inside and gel the pattern (4A) and then through the guide roller (8) the fabric formed with the polyester film (1A) and the three-dimensional pattern in the state that the three-dimensional pattern of the film (1A) is transferred to the fabric (5A) ( 5A) is separated and wound around the respective winding rollers 9 and 10.

In the present method of FIG. 1, the surface preheating process of the film 1A of the heater 2 may be omitted, and the polyester film 1A and the smooth three-dimensional pattern having passed through the guide roller 8 may be omitted. 1A) formed fabric (5A) is rolled up in the overlapping state, and the film and the fabric may be separated during use, but if the foil of each customer such as gold foil, silver foil, etc. in a smooth three-dimensional pattern, separate the fabric and film The patterned fabric leads to the process of transition attaching a variety of foils.

In this case, the cylindrical printing roller is composed of a metal plate in the range of 0.3 mm to 1 mm, but the inside of the cylindrical printing roller is filled with PVC paste printing ink, and the surface is formed of a group of large and small printing ink outlets. The inner wall of the cylinder is in close contact with the cotta and the ink applying means, and the printing ink (PVC paste) is filled between the cotta and the ink applying means.

In addition, since the PVC paste printing ink used in the present method can be gelled almost within 10 seconds at a temperature of 170 ° C., the object of the present method can be achieved, and the thickness of the three-dimensional pattern formed on the polyester film surface of the printing ink is the cylinder. It is determined by the thickness of the metal plate constituting the printing roller.

In addition, polyester film with supporting, transporting and transferring functions is more suitable for printing method like this method because it has better bearing capacity and higher melting point than other thermoplastic films. This can be called.

When the three-dimensional pattern obtained by the above method is first, the surface of the three-dimensional pattern is dense and smooth, and the planar pattern can be printed and displayed on the fabric, and a separate foil transfer process is performed on the pattern. Since the surface of the pattern must have a dense flat surface to have excellent reflectivity, it can be given an excellent gloss and reflective pattern to the colorful stage clothes and festival clothes.

The present invention is a pattern forming method that can not be solved by the conventional method of forming a multi-colored pattern on the fabric by a cylindrical printing roller using a conventional PVC paste printing ink, the pattern of the printed pattern is thick and the surface of the pattern is dense and planarity In particular, it is a printing method that can form a pattern with excellent reflectivity printed on luxurious stage clothes, festival clothes, and the like.
