Abstract

PURPOSE: Assembling structure of a door panel is provided to reduce process and cut down expenses by jointing a door inner panel to a door outer panel with using adhesive and a clamp, and to improve the quality by preventing deformation of the door panel. CONSTITUTION: A door panel assembly is composed of : a base(10); a door outer panel(20) mounted to the base, and made of synthetic resin; an adhesive(31) spread on the door outer panel; a door inner panel(30) assembled with the door outer panel, and made of steel; and a clamping unit(35) rotatably installed to the prescribed position of the base to combine the door outer panel with the door inner panel by pressing the door inner panel. The door outer panel is jointed to the door inner panel by the adhesive, and a clamp(33) is formed between the door outer panel and the door inner panel.
