Description

차량용 공기 현가장치{AIR SUSPENSION DEVICE FOR VEHICLE}Air suspension for vehicle {AIR SUSPENSION DEVICE FOR VEHICLE}

The present invention relates to a vehicle air suspension, and more particularly, to a vehicle air suspension that can always maintain a constant gas reaction force of the shock absorber is reduced by the continuous running of the vehicle.

In general, in a vehicle equipped with a gas shock absorber and an air spring, the air spring is first installed between the body and the axle to compress the compressed air to vibrate the damping action. In order to prevent this, a powerful air spring is used, and nowadays, it is installed in a lot of leisure vehicles.

1 is a configuration diagram of a conventional vehicle air suspension device, which is connected between a vehicle body and an axle and has an air spring (1) for vibrating damping action with compressed air, and air supplied with the air spring (1). A tank 2, a power source for supplying compressed air to the air tank 2, comprises a compressor 3, and an air pipe 4 connecting them.

The operation of the air spring (1) is that when the air spring (1) is compressed due to a large load on the vehicle body, the compressed air of the air tank (2) is supplied to the air spring (1) along the air pipe (4) to air The spring 1 will be restored.

Shock absorbers are installed between the axle and the body to absorb vibrations or shocks received by the axle from the road surface to improve ride comfort. The interior of the shock absorber is filled with gas and oil. In order to increase the damping force, a shock absorber filled with gas and oil is commonly used.

The shock absorber filled with gas is sealed so that the gas does not leak after injecting gas during manufacture.

However, as the driving time of the vehicle increases, the gas reaction force decreases, and the gas reaction force cannot be maintained by replenishing the reduced gas. Eventually, the gas reaction force of the shock absorber, which is continuously reduced, has a problem in that the riding comfort is reduced by the appearance of a lag phenomenon, which is one of the problems of the existing shock absorber.

The present invention is to solve the conventional problems as described above, by continuously filling the gas in the shock absorber that the gas reaction force is reduced by the continuous running of the vehicle, to always maintain a constant gas reaction force to improve the ride comfort It is an object of the present invention to provide an absorber gas reaction force maintenance device.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention, an air spring connected between the vehicle body and the axle and the vibration damping action to the compressed air, an air tank for storing the air supplied to the air spring, and the air tank A vehicle air suspension system comprising a compressor for supplying air and an air pipe connecting the air; A gas tank for storing the compressed gas in the compressor, a first connecting pipe for delivering gas from the gas tank, a second connecting pipe for delivering gas to the gas inlet of the shock absorber, and the first connecting pipe It provides a vehicle air suspension characterized in that the pressure control valve is located between the second connecting pipe to control the pressure of both ends.

Hereinafter, exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

2 is a configuration diagram of a vehicle air suspension device according to the present invention, a compressor 30 for supplying compressed air and gas is installed, the air for storing the compressed air in the compressor (30) The tank 40 and the gas tank 50 into which the compressed gas flows are installed.

And the air tank 40 is connected between the vehicle body and the axle is connected to the air spring 10 to the vibration damping action by the compressed air by the air pipe 12.

In addition, a first connecting pipe 52 for delivering gas from the gas tank 50 is installed, and a second connecting pipe 54 for delivering gas to the gas inlet 22 of the shock absorber 20 is installed. .

And a pressure control valve 60 is provided between the first connecting pipe 52 and the second connecting pipe 54 to control the pressure difference between these two ends.

The air suspension for a vehicle according to the present invention configured as described above operates as follows.

Compressed gas and air are supplied to the air tank 40 and the gas tank 50, respectively, in the compressor 30 partitioned inside.

Compressed air is stored in the air tank 40, and the compressed air supplies air to the air spring 10 when the air spring 10 is compressed under a large load through the air pipe 12. .

In the pressure control valve 60 provided between the first connecting pipe 52 and the second connecting pipe 54, the second connection is reduced when the gas reaction force is significantly reduced because the amount of gas in the shock absorber 20 decreases as the vehicle continues to travel. It is detected that the set pressure difference value of the pipe 54 is lower than that of the first connecting pipe 52.

At this time, the pressure control valve 60 injects the compressed gas controlled to match the pressure difference between the first connecting pipe 52 and the second connecting pipe 54 through the gas inlet 22 of the shock absorber 20. . The injection of gas is performed until the pressure difference between the first connecting pipe 52 and the second connecting pipe 54 reaches a set value or less.

Therefore, in the present invention, even when the gas in the shock absorber 20 leaks due to the continuous running, the gas reaction force of the shock absorber 20 can be maintained at all times while constantly filling gas.

Although the present invention has been illustrated and described with respect to certain preferred embodiments, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and a person skilled in the art to which the present invention pertains has the present invention set forth in the claims below. Various modifications may be made without departing from the spirit of the invention.

As described above, according to the present invention, the vehicle air suspension system continuously fills gas into the shock absorber in which the gas reaction force is reduced as the vehicle continues to travel, thereby maintaining a constant gas reaction force to prevent the lag phenomenon of the shock absorber. It is effective to improve ride comfort.
