Abstract

PURPOSE: A structure of a squid noodle making machine is provided to produce thin fish noodles using fresh squids, and to secure a smooth discharge operation of the noddles from cutting blades. CONSTITUTION: The squid noddle making machine is comprised of: a conveyer band(2) constructed to be moved by using three rollers(1) to move squids toward the right side; a piston type horizontal cutter blade(5) for slicing the squids during the movement of the squids; a rotating type circular cutter blade(6) having a thickness of less than 0.2mm for making thin squid noodles; a washer(7) inserted between the circular cutter blades to secure a gap therebetween; and a discharge pin(8) mounted on the washer for facilitating the smooth discharge work of squid noodles.
