Abstract

PURPOSE: Provided is a method of dyeing socks with loess which is characterized by bring cotton and loess into contact with skin, being good for health because of absorbing sweat well, removing odor, having moisture proof effect, being possible to show various colors, and being good for atopic dermatitis. CONSTITUTION: The socks are comprised of outer yarn and inner yarn. The outer yarn is generally used with all cotton yarn, melange yarn, combed yarn and card yarn. The inner yarn is generally used with nylon yarn and polyester yarn. The outer yarn is scoured with protein. The inner yarn is scoured with fat ingredient. Each fiber is dyed separately.

Description

양말 황토염색방법{omitted}Sock loess dyeing method {omitted}

In order to protect the health of the feet, it is dyed with cotton and ocher under good conditions to help skin protection and odor removal.

The prior art has no record. Socks are made up of three to four fibers in structure. Each fabric should be dyed according to the material. In nylon, fat is added, and in cotton, protein is refined and dyed with a base of sun salt. It must be done several times, allowing a small amount to penetrate the sock.

Ocher dyeing is good for cotton and nylon among many materials, and brown color, gray color, off-white color and coffee color can be obtained by mixing ocher color.

Above all, natural dyeing is long lasting. Fixing agents, adsorbents, etc. can increase the fastness, but if you want to take care of the environment and health as it is. It is also defined that discoloration and discoloration should occur in Germany.

Satisfaction needs to be dyed according to the characteristics of each fiber.

1. It is good to choose ocher and should be dyed at high temperature from 30 to 100 degrees depending on the viscosity.

2. It is well refined and dyed gradually with the target of each fiber material.

3. Do not dye unnecessary with small amount of dye. Excessive difficulties arise in washing. The cost may be higher.

4. Finish by inverting the four parts (sewing)

Previously, only fabrics and fabrics were applied to interior and painting. Socks must be dyed several times because of their structure. Polyester does not dye well either.

It is a dyeing technique in which acids are separated from fibers and fixed with dyes. The more dye-colored the drying process, the hotter the adsorption is. Even the dyes that have passed over the years are fine particles that penetrate through the narrow ol. Ocher and noodles are very healthy and ingredients are already known. Turn it upside down and it's good to touch the skin.

In existing products, synthetic fibers, which are artificial fibers, touch the skin. I can't absorb sweat well. If you turn the first grade socks upside down and seal the finished product, the cotton and ocher-dyed parts will touch your skin, which is good for your health. It is said to be good for odor removal, moisture damping effect and atopic dermatitis.

Most existing products on the market are made of nylon polyester, an artificial fiber, that touches the skin of the foot. It is a cotton product on the outside. Otherwise knitting will not take place. It smells bad, doesn't absorb sweat, and is bad for your health. You can keep your feet healthy all day long if you follow the flip loess dye method you invented. The cotton touches the skin and the soil is dyed by the ocher dyeing, and you can enjoy various colors depending on the color of the ocher. It is as it is. Excellent for removing odor, moisture, atopic dermatitis, and athlete's foot. Even when you sleep, people with sweat on their feet, even if you sleep, it is a good job.
