Claims (10)
- 로본체(31)와; 상기 로본체(31)의 내부에 광섬유 모재(50)를 가열 용융하기 위한 가열원과; 상기 가열원 내측으로 상기 광섬유 모재(50)가 상방으로부터 삽입될 수 있도록 로심관(35)이 형성된 폴리머 광섬유 인발을 위한 가열장치(30)에 있어서,상기 가열원으로 적외선램프(40)가 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 폴리머 광섬유 인발을 위한 가열장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 로본체(31)의 내부에 적외선 반사막(32)이 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 폴리머 광섬유 인발을 위한 가열장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 적외선램프(40)의 실리카 유리관에 적외선 반사막(32)이 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 폴리머 광섬유 인발을 위한 가열장치.
- 제 2항 또는 3항에 있어서, 상기 적외선 반사막(32)은 금, 크롬, 알루미늄 등에서 선택되는 금속을 코팅하여 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리머 광섬유 인발을 위한 가열장치.
- 제 1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 적외선램프(40)가 직선형으로모재(50) 둘레를 따라 모재(50)와 나란하게 등간격으로 다수개 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 폴리머 광섬유 인발을 위한 가열장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 적외선램프(40)가 직선형으로 모재(50) 둘레를 따라 모재(50)와 나란하게 등간격으로 다수개 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 폴리머 광섬유 인발을 위한 가열장치.
- 제 1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 적외선램프(40)가 원형으로 모재(50)의 주변에 모재(50) 길이방향을 따라 다수개 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리머 광섬유 인발을 위한 가열장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 적외선램프(40)가 원형으로 모재(50)의 주변에 모재(50) 길이방향을 따라 다수개 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리머 광섬유 인발을 위한 가열장치.
- 제 1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 적외선램프(40)가 모재(50)의 둘레에 모재(50) 길이방향을 따라 나선형으로 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리머 광섬유 인발을 위한 가열장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 적외선램프(40)가 모재(50)의 둘레에 모재(50) 길이방향을 따라 나선형으로 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리머 광섬유 인발을 위한 가열장치.
