An impact buffer apparatus is fixed and connected in a strut bar(50) and a lower frame(60) of the bicycle. A rear wheel(70) is connected to the impact buffer apparatus by a core part(100). An impact buffer hole(30) is connected to the upper and lower supporting bars by a connecting fixing pin(40). Impact is absorbed with the spring during traveling the bicycle, and the connecting fixing pin is moved up and down in the impact buffer hole. Driving experience is improved, and traveling is performed safely with relieving impact of the rear wheel by using the spring.
