Abstract

PURPOSE: A wheel cover of a vehicle is provided to reduce noise from a tire efficiently by absorbing noise from friction between the tire and the road surface, and to prevent mud from being stuck to the wheel cover by manufacturing nonwoven fabric with needle punching. CONSTITUTION: Nonwoven fabric(20) is manufactured with felt or flock, and impregnated with polypropylene. The nonwoven fabric is impregnated with polyethylene, and back-coated with latex for shutting off noise and waterproofing. A polypropylene substrate(30) is mounted in the upper part of the nonwoven fabric made of flock with laminating to prevent noise and keep the shape. The upper part of the nonwoven fabric is laminated with the polypropylene substrate, and the nonwoven fabric is mounted in the upper part of the substrate. The nonwoven fabric is manufactured with needle punching, and a wheel cover is made of nonwoven fabric.
