본 발명은 실린더 블록 주조용 워터자켓 코어 성형방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 실린더 블록의 주조시, 각각의 실린더 외측에서 엔진의 냉각수 통로를 형성하는 워터자켓 코어의 각 실린더 사이부분에 인서트 중자를 개재하여 성형함으로서, 코어의 두께 차이에 의한 성형시의 파손을 예방하는 실린더 블록 주조용 워터자켓 코어 성형방법에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a method for forming a water jacket core for cylinder block casting, and more particularly, an insert core is formed between each cylinder portion of a water jacket core that forms a coolant passage of an engine outside each cylinder when the cylinder block is cast.
