Abstract

PURPOSE: An ultraviolet sterilized kitchen board is provided to prevent a scratch and bacteria infection by sterilizing bacteria propagated in the kitchen board using ultraviolet rays. CONSTITUTION: An ultraviolet sterilized kitchen board includes a cubic receiving portion(10) for containing various parts therein, a board, an ultraviolet exposing unit(20), an electric wire(40), a fuse and a switch. The receiving portion is made from a stainless steel and receives the board therein for sterilizing. The receiving portion has an upper portion(16) in which the ultraviolet exposing unit is installed, a lower portion(12) from which the board is loaded or unloaded, and a supporting portion(14) for preventing the upper portion from being pushed backward. On the upper portion of the receiving portion is installed a hardened glass. When overflow current is loaded, the fuse cuts off circuit for protecting the same.
