Claims (7)
- 가스 터빈의 노즐에 속한 각각의 베인(10)에 적용될 수 있는 가스 터빈 스테이터 노즐용 냉각 시스템으로서, 상기 각각의 베인(10)은 오목한 표면(11) 및 대향하는 볼록한 표면(12)을 가지며, 이들 표면은 협동하여 상기 베인(10)의 외측 형상을 규정하며, 상기 베인(10)의 표면은 다수의 냉각 구멍(13)을 갖는, 냉각 시스템에 있어서,상기 베인(10)의 출구 에지(16)에 관련된 냉각 구멍(17)은 입구 섹션(18)과 출구 섹션(19)을 구비하며 이들은 냉각 구멍(17)이 반경방향으로 가변적인 단면을 갖도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는가스 터빈 스테이터 노즐용 냉각 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 베인(10)의 반경방향을 따른, 상기 베인(10)의 출구 에지(16)의 냉각 구멍(17)의 입구 섹션(18)의 높이는 상기 출구 섹션(19)의 상대 높이보다 낮은 것을 특징으로 하는가스 터빈 스테이터 노즐용 냉각 시스템.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 베인(10)의 열교환율을 증가시키기 위해, 상기 베인(10)내에 천공된 판 요소(14, 15)가 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는가스 터빈 스테이터 노즐용 냉각 시스템.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 냉각 시스템은, 전체 냉각 구멍(17)을 따라 높은 열교환율을 가지며 상기 시트(10)의 금속내의 온도 구배가 존재하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는가스 터빈 스테이터 노즐용 냉각 시스템.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 냉각 시스템은, 항상 높은 값의 열교환율을 보장하기 위해, 구멍의 벽 자체를 따라 난류를 생성하기 위한 다수의 요소를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는가스 터빈 스테이터 노즐용 냉각 시스템.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 냉각 시스템은 상기 구멍(17)의 입구에 국부화된 낮은 부하 손실을 가져, 이 영역에서의 조절 공기의 총 압력의 일부가 소모되는 것을 방지하고, 냉각 구멍 및 난류 생성용 요소의 부하 손실을 극복하기 위해 냉각 유체를 보다 큰 에너지인 채로 남겨 두는 것을 특징으로 하는가스 터빈 스테이터 노즐용 냉각 시스템.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 구멍(17)의 기하학적 형상은 상기 베인(10)의 주조동안 용융 합금의 주입을 용이하게 하도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는가스 터빈 스테이터 노즐용 냉각 시스템.
