Abstract
본 고안은 종래에 도금시설이나 철강가공 공장에서 많이 발생하는 수분함량이 많은 먼지, 산가스를 배출하여 집진할 때는 송풍기에 의해 여과집진기의 내부로 흡입하여 다수개 설치된 폴리에치렌 백을 통과시에 집진·여과되게 구성하였으나, 사용 중 폴리에치렌 백의 미세공을 막게 되어 과부하가 걸려 집진효율이 저하되면 가동을 중지하고 여과집진기 내부의 폴리에치렌 백을 분리하여 청소를 해야 했으므로 인력과 시간이 많이 소요되는 등의 폐단을 해소하기 위해 여과집진기와 공기주입관 사이에 자동밸브가 장착된 소석회 저장탱크를 연설하여 여과집진기에서 부하가 걸리면 소석회분말과 압축공기를 혼합탱크로 자동 배출, 원심력으로 혼합하여 여과집진기로 압출시켜 폴리에칠렌 백 표면을 도포하므로써 탈진을 용이하게 한 것임.The present invention is to collect dust and acid gas, which have a lot of moisture in plating facilities or steel processing factories, and collect dust and acid gas through a blower to pass the poly ethylene bags. 이와 같이 된 본 고안은 저장탱크(4) 내에 소석회분말(도시하지 않았음)을 투입하고 콘트롤 판넬(11)을 조작하면 송풍기(2)의 흡입으로 공장내의 습기가 함유된 먼지와 산가스가 공기주입관(3)을 통해 여과집진기(1)로 유입되어 집진되다가 내부에 다수개 설치된 폴리에칠렌 백의 눈막힘에 의한 과부하가 발생되면 압력계(10)와 콘트롤 판넬(11)의 센서에 의해 감지되어 저장탱크(4) 하측의 자동밸브 (6)가 열리면서 일정량의 소석회분말이 혼합탱트(5)로 투입되면서 유입관(7)에 장착된 자동밸브(8)가 열림과 동시에 저장탱크(4)의 자동밸브(6)가 닫히면서 콤프레샤의 공기 주입 압력(4~7㎏/㎠)에 따라 혼합탱크(5) 내에서 원심력에 의해 공기와 소석회분말이 혼합·와류되어 배출관(9)으로 배출될 때에 계속 회전하는 송풍기(2)의 흡인력으로 여과집진기(1)에 소석회분말을 이송하여 폴리에칠렌 표면의 먼지 등 불순물에 도포되어 수분함유량이 많은 먼지의 탈진을 용이하게 하여 하부로 낙하·배출시키고 폴리에칠렌 백의 눈막힘이 없게 되어 과부하가 해소되면 압력계(10)는 정상으로 환원되어 정상적인 가동이 되는 것이다.In the present invention as described above, when the slaked lime powder (not shown) is put into the storage tank 4 and the control panel 11 is operated, the dust containing the moisture in the factory and the acid gas are absorbed by the suction of the blower 2.
