Description

장식지의 광반사성 장식무늬 성형방법 {A method of decorating pattern formation by beam-reflection of decorating paper}A method of decorating pattern formation by beam-reflection of decorating paper}

The present invention relates to a molding method for forming a decorative pattern by molding a light reflective decorative pattern of a synthetic resin material on a decorative paper fabric, transferring the liquid synthetic resin to a film by a transfer roller, and then thermally welding it to the decorative paper fabric.

In order to additionally molding a separate light reflective decorative pattern on a conventional decorative paper, the light reflective decorative pattern formed in a certain shape is attached by an adhesive or sealed with a thread.

However, such a molding method is to form a decorative pattern by hand one by one, there is no continuity, causing a cost increase due to labor costs, there is a problem that the overall pattern arrangement is not constant, and there is a problem that the decorativeness is lowered.

In the present invention, in forming the light reflective decorative pattern of the decorative paper, the above-mentioned problem is eliminated. The liquid synthetic resin is transferred to the film by a transfer roller in which a predetermined pattern is formed, and then the decorative pattern transferred to the film is again decorated. It is thermally welded and re-transferred onto the fabric so that the same light reflective decorative pattern can be continuously attached to enable mass production of uniform products while lowering the manufacturing cost, and the light reflective decorative pattern of the decorative paper with high decorative effect on the light reflective decorative pattern. It relates to a molding method.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail by the accompanying drawings.

Figure 1 schematically shows the entire process system of the light reflective decorative pattern forming method of the decorative paper of the present invention.

2A to 2D are explanatory diagrams for each process.

First, the desired decorative pattern (1) forms a decorative pattern transfer roller (2) that is corrosion-molded intaglio as shown in FIG. 2A.

The transfer roller 2 is introduced into the synthetic resin heating tube 3 and is immersed in a part of PVC or polyethylene (PE) liquid that is melted in a liquid phase, and then rotated together with the upper rotary roller 4 to rotate a separate film feed reel (5). The film 6 supplied from the sheet 6 enters between the two rollers 2 and 4, as shown in FIG. 2B, and transfers the synthetic resin in the form of a decorative pattern engraved on the surface of the film 6.

Here, the liquid synthetic resin is suitable for PVC or PE, and if necessary, a pigment may be added, the material of which should be different from that of the film (6) to be transferred, and the transfer roller (2) to the liquid in the heating container (3). The synthetic resin liquid buried on the surface of the film is removed by the blade 7 adhered to the surface of the transfer roller 2 to remove the synthetic resin liquid other than the intaglio portion of the synthetic resin liquid buried only in the intaglio-shaped decorative pattern 1. Is to be transferred to the surface.

The film 6 to which the synthetic resin liquid is transferred to the surface is continuously grown and enters the primary cooling furnace 8 to be cured by cooling.

As the decorative pattern is cured, the film continuously proceeds and enters between the press roller 9 formed of the upper roller and the lower roller in which the heater is embedded, as shown in FIG. 2C, and is supplied from a separate feed reel 10. The decorative fabric 1, which is transferred to the film 6 by heating the heaters embedded in the upper roller of the blotting roller 9 by entering the decorative paper fabric 11 to the lower side thereof, is decorated with the decorative paper fabric 11 Thermally weld on the surface.

The decorative pattern 1 heat-welded on the surface of the fabric 11 is completely hardened while entering the secondary cooling furnace 12 together with the fabric 11 and is firmly attached to the decorative support end 11.

In addition, it is possible to retransfer even if the resin is first transferred to the film without the continuous re-transfer process of the fabric by thermal welding, and a portion of the film in the cured state is extracted and thermo-compressed to the surface of the fabric. .

After the decorative pattern 1 is attached to the fabric 11 as shown in FIG. 2D, the film 6 and the fabric 11 are separated and wound on the respective winding rollers 13 and 13 ′. The pattern forming process is completed.

Therefore, the decorative pattern by the molding roller can be repeatedly repeatedly formed, and can be mass produced continuously, and the decorative pattern with a large decorative effect can be obtained as the cured synthetic resin decorative pattern makes light reflection by its material properties. have.

As described above, in forming the light reflective decorative pattern on the decorative paper, the light reflective effect is achieved by transferring the liquid synthetic resin to the film by the transfer roller and then molding it again by thermo-compression on the decorative fabric. It is possible to maintain mass production while maintaining the cost, and to improve the product quality by making the overall pattern arrangement constant.
