Abstract

PURPOSE: A method for executing reservation in a mobile communication terminal is provided to embody a reservation execution function in a menu of the mobile communication terminal so that a power of the mobile communication terminal is automatically turned off or the mobile communication terminal is automatically converted into a vibration mode when a reserved time is reached. CONSTITUTION: A set reservation execution time is stored in a flash memory(S220), and is simultaneously stored in a global variable assigned in a RAM(S230). A time check function of the global variable checks a time(S240) and compares a current time with a reservation execution time(S250). If the current time is identical to the reservation execution time, a reservation execution signal is generated. It is confirmed whether the reservation execution signal is a power off signal(S270). If the reservation execution signal is the power off signal, the power of a mobile communication terminal is turned off(S280). If the reservation execution signal is not the power off signal, the mobile communication terminal is converted into a vibration mode(S290).
