Abstract

PURPOSE: A cast for manhole useable in joint for water drainage in civil engineering applications and a product of the same are provided to improve field workability and rigidity of the product as well as delivery property and durability. CONSTITUTION: The cast comprises an inner and an outer sides(21)(36) having reinforcing hollows charged with cement mortar; cast-releasing supports(22)(29) and fusible points(23)(30) in duplicated structures; bent portions containing splits(25)(28) integrated with the cement mortar. The cast is provided with an intermediate side between the inner and the outer sides(21)(36). The intermediate side is mounted by the cast-releasing support(22) and the fusible point(23) to form the split(28) at the bent portion. The cast is constructed by charging the cement mortar into a space between the inner and the outer sides(21)(36).

본 발명은 맨홀용 거푸집과 그의 제품에 관한것으로서 토목공사, 택지개발, 도로공사, 논·밭 조성공사 등에서 배수로관로 등에 널리 사용되는 것으로서 시멘트 몰탈로 제조된 맨홀정도의 강도 및 내구성을 제공하고, 또 견고성을 유지하기 위하여 PE 배수로관의 구조를 개량시켜준 발명으로 도1, 2, 3에 도시된 바와 같이 내측면(21)과 외측면(45) 사이의 중공구간에 시멘트 몰탈(34)가 투입될 뿐만아니라 시멘트 몰탈(44) 자체의 견고성을 제공하기 위하여 2층 구조의 거푸집 제공을 목적으로서 PE나선관의 내·외측면(21)(36)의 공간에다 중간측면(31)을 삽설하되 나선권회 방향으로 절곡부(27) 구성으로 파형지지대(29)와 융착점(30)으로 내측면(21)에 일체화시켜 주되 외측면(36)을 절개부(25)를 형성시켜주어서 중간측면(31)의 유휴면적에 파형지지대(22)와 융착점(23)으로 절곡부(24)에 각각 절개부(28)을 교호상으로 구성시켜 주되 외측면(36)으로 감싸주어서 형성되며 조립부(26) 공간에 보강철근(33)을 나선권회로 삽설시켜준 거푸집(11) 제공으로 시공현장에서 기소(38)를 설치한 후, 본 발명의 거푸집(11)의 보조연결관(37)을 조립시켜 고정하면서 상측부위의 ↓형 방향으로 시멘트 몰탈(34)을 투입시켜 거푸집(11)의 내부공간에 충만시켜 일정시간 양생시켜준 다음 주위의 토양으로 되뫼움하여 사용하도록 구성된 발명이다. 이때, 시멘트 몰탈(34)의 내구성을 보강하기 위하여 철근(33)을 거푸집(11)의 나선권회된 공간으로 삽설시켜 준다.The present invention relates to a manhole formwork and its products, which are widely used in civil engineering works, residential land development, road works, paddy fields, field construction works, etc., and provide strength and durability of manholes made of cement mortar.
