본 발명은 간장병, 식초병, 식용유병 등 주로 식음료병의 병마개를 구성함에 있어서, 파절기능에 의한 개봉편(開封片)의 성형을 위한 금형구조를 개선하여 금형의 제조방법을 보다 간편 용이하게 하고, 금형의 사용수명을 연장하며 제품 완성후 개봉편의 개봉작업이 손쉽게 이루어지도록 함을 목적으로 안출한 액체용기 병마개 구조 및 금형장치를 제공코자 하는 것이다.The present invention improves the mold structure for the molding of the open pieces by the fracture function in the configuration of the bottle cap of the food and beverage bottle mainly soy sauce bottle, vinegar bottle, edible oil bottle, etc. It aims to provide a liquid container bottle cap structure and mold apparatus for the purpose of extending the service life of the mold and making the opening work easier after the product is finished.
