Abstract
본 발명은 생활용수 취수장에서 정수후 발생되는 오니 및 생활하수 처리장에서 처리후 발생되는 오니 및 산업현장에서 오.폐수 처리후의 무독성 유기성 오니 등 각종 오니를 지렁이의 먹이로 제공하여 처리하는 방법으로서 각종 오.폐수 처리후 발생된 생 오니에 중금속중화제(액)와부숙촉진제(액)를 첨가하여 교반기에 투입. 약 3시간 정도의 교반을 거친후 다시 양파즙. 또는 당분을 소량 첨가하여 지렁이의 먹이로 제공하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
지렁이는 생 오니 보다는 적당히 부숙된 오니에 쉽게 접근하여 잘 먹으므로 부숙의 공정은 필수 적이다.
대한민국 특허출원 제10-2000-0052218로 출원한 중금속중화제와 대한민국 특허출원 제10-2000-0007410로 출원한 부숙촉진제를 투입하여 교반 하며 전공정에 대한민국 특허출원 제 10-1999-44714(조기공개 번호 제2000-53688)의 악취제거장치를 적용하여 일체의 악취가 발생하지않게 함으로서 전처리 과정 및 처리 과정에서 2차 오염이 발생하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 지렁이를 이용한 각종 무독성 오니의 처리방법 임
Description
(기술분야)
본 발명은 2002년부터 매립 및 해양투기가 전면 금지된, 각종 오.폐수 처리후 발생되는 오니를 지렁이의 먹이로 제공하여 처리하는 방법으로서 하수 오니의 특성상 생 오니를 지렁이의 먹이로 급이 하였을 때 지렁이가 사멸하거나 하는 부작용이 없이 바로 접근하여 먹을수 있도록 교반.부숙의 공정을 거치면서 하수오니 처리의 문제점인 중금속을 중화시킴으로서 지렁이 및 분변토의 활용범위를 확대할수 있도록 하였다,
일반적인 문제점인 병원성 유해세균의 경우 교반과정에서의 발효열과 지렁이의 체내를통과 하면서 사멸.감소 함으로 문제되지아니한다
이렇게 교반.부숙의 공정을 거친 오니에 지렁이가 좋아하는 당분.또는 양파즙을 첨가 하여 지렁이의 먹이로 제공 함으로서 지렁이가 잘 먹을 수 있도록 하는 방법임
(종래 기술)
일부분의 지렁이 사육농가에서 하수오니를 지렁이의 먹이로 사용하고 있으나교반.부숙의 전처리 공정을 거치지않고 장기간 노지에 방치한 후 소량으로 지렁이의 먹이로 제공하여 처리하고 있다
이렇게 함으로서 악취가 발생하게되고 각종 해충으로 인해 민원이 발생 처리를 어렵게 하였다
또한 그 처리량 역시 극히 미미한 실정이다
따라서, 본 발명의 목적은 오.폐수처리후 발생된 오니의 처리속도를 향상시킨 지렁이를 이용한 하수오니의 처리방법을 제공하는 것이다
본 발명은 매년 전국에서 발생되는 수십만톤의 하수 오니를 지렁이의 먹이로 제공하여 2차 오염없이 처리하는 방법으로서 산업현장에서 발생한 오.폐수의 처리후 발생되는 무독성 유기성오니. 생활하수의 처리오니. 등 각종 오.폐수 처리후 필연적으로 발생되는 오니를 중금속을 중화하는 아콘산과 부숙촉진제를 투입하여 교반 및 부숙의 공정을 거친후 지렁이가 특히 좋아하는 당분 또는 양파즙을 첨가하여 지렁이의 먹이로 제공 함으로서 지렁이가 쉽게. 빠르게 접근하여 먹을수 있도록 하는 방법이다
중금속을 중화하는 아콘산은 야생 도토리의 떫은맛 에 다량 함유되어 있는 물질로서 특히 도토리묵을 만들기전 떫은맛을 우려낸 물에 다량 함유되어 있다
부숙촉진제는 유기질 분해능력이 우수하며 악취제거기능이 탁월하다
이렇게 전처리 공정을 거친 하수오니를 다단계 지렁이 사육장치에 투입하여지렁이가 먹게 함으로서 대량의 하수오니를 빠르게 처리할수 있도록 하는 방법이다
(실시 예)
제 1 단계 : 하수오니 5톤에 일정량의 부숙촉진액 및 아콘산액을 투입한후 교반시킨다
제 2 단계 : 교반을 마친 오니를 1-2일 정도 뒤집기를 계속하며 부숙을 시킨다
제 3 단계 : 부숙을 마친 오니에 당분.또는 양파즙을 7일-8일 간격으로 교대로 첨가하여 지렁이의 먹이로 급이한다
본 발명의 지렁이를 이용한 하수오니의 처리방법에 의해 하수오니를 교반. 부숙의 전처리 공정을 거친후 다시 당분. 또는 양파즙을 첨가하여 지렁이가 쉽고 빠르게 접근하여 먹을수 있도록 하여 효율적인 하수오니의 처리가 가능하게 되었다

- 오.폐수 처리후 발생된 오니를 교반. 부숙 시킨후 지렁이의 먹이로 급이하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하수오니 처리방법
- 오니를 교반. 부숙시킴에 있어 부숙촉진제 및 아콘산을 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하수오니 처리방법
- 교반. 부숙이 끝난 오니에 당분 및 양파즙 또는 분쇄한 양파를 7일-8일 간격으로 교대로 배합하여 지렁이의 먹이로 급이하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하수오니 처리방법
