Abstract

PURPOSE: Provided are a process for attaching tiles of a constructional T/M panel and an adhesive for the same to postpone curing time of the panel and to prevent release of the panel while increasing water-proof property and adhesive strength. CONSTITUTION: The process comprises applying a specific adhesive, especially, a water-soluble acrylic based emulation adhesive. The adhesive is prepared by admixing 10% of acetone in the water-soluble emulation adhesive and agitating the admixture until phase-separation disappears; further adding 5% of commant and blending together. The adhesive is applied onto a T/M panel and followed by further application of the acrylic based emulation adhesive. The process produces a smooth surface of the T/M panel by both of the materials in order.
