본 발명품은 PE 드럼에 주름을 주어 운반할 때의 부피를 줄여 많은량의 PE 드럼을 쉽게 운반할 수 있도록 한 제품이다.

현재 사용하는 PE 드럼은 크기를 조절할 수 없어 현장에서 필요로 하는 양 만큼 대형 트럭이나 여러 번 운반해야 하는 불편함과 운반 비용이 들었으나 발명품으로 운반비와 부피를 줄일 수 있다.
PE 드럼 주름을 주어 운반할 때의 부피를 줄일 수 있다.(미술용 물병을 PE 드럼에 적용).
도 1번은 PE 드럼의 주름을 펴서 기존의 PE 드럼 크기 만큼 늘린 모양
도 2번은 PE 드럼 운반시 밑으로 눌러 주름을 만든 모양 (1.2.3.4.5 반사물 부착 부위)
PE 드럼의 크기를 위·아래로 조절이 가능하다
PE 드럼에 주름을 주어 운반량을 많이 할 수 있고 운반량을 많이 할 수 있어운반비를 줄일 수 있다.
