Abstract

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of furnace for producing ionized calcium using shells is provided, which enables mass production, saves manufacturing cost and energy, and decreases pollutant materials due to perfect combustion. CONSTITUTION: The furnace is characterized by comprising heat-generating furnace and shell-sintering furnace made of castables(refractory bricks). In the shell-sintering furnace, several castable plates, as fry pans, having a tilt of 30deg.C are layered at 10cm intervals with a slope to the front by 45deg.C, which results in discharge of sintered shells without trouble of drawing out by hand. Also, castables(refractory bricks) set on the point, fuel(petroleum) is oxidized, and the heat-generating furnace keeps the temperature of 800-1200deg.C, where auxiliary fuels, such as wood and waste tire, are put when the heat-generating furnace keeps the temperature over 800deg.C. Accordingly, the furnace has an energy savings effect.

이에 캐스타블을 사용한 구조물을 도면과 같이 배치하여 로를 만든 후 아래에서 열을 가하므로써 각 판이 후라이팬과 같은 방법으로 아래로부터 소성 시킬 뿐 아니라, 상부에서도 직접 열을 접촉하게 하므로써 열이 아래도 내려가지 못해 아랫부분의 소성이 어려운 점을 보완하고, 소성 된 굴 패각 등은 약 30°각도로 경사지게 배치한 판의 경사도에 의해 자연히 배출되게 하므로써 소성된 굴 패각류를 수작업으로 꺼집어 내어야 하는 까다로움과 인건비를 줄일 수 있고, 소성로 속에 적재 되는 굴 패각 등이 2미터 이상 되므로써 그 두께가 뚜껑의 역할을 하여 그 열을 발산하지 않고 유지할 수 있어 에너지의 낭비가 없고, 보조 연료인 목재, 또는 폐타이어 등 어떠한 산화 가능 한 연료를 주입하여도 소성로 속에 유지되는 고온에 의해 완전 연소가 되므로써 아무런 공해문제가 발생되지 않고 소성 되므로 폐타이어라는 폐기물이 처리될 뿐 아니라, 고 에너지의 열을 얻을 수 있다는 것이다.The castable structure is laid out as shown in the drawing to make a furnace, and then the heat is applied from the bottom by applying heat from below.
