Abstract

PURPOSE: An epoxy finishing material capable of embossing is provided, to form the embossed projection of a coating effectively by preventing the streaming-down of the embossed projection during the curing process. CONSTITUTION: The epoxy finishing material comprises 50-60 parts by weight of an epoxy resin; a diluting agent; a curing agent; and 2-5 parts by weight of a gelling agent for preventing the streaming-down of the embossed projection during the curing of a coating to maintain the shape. The gelling agent is preferably colloidal silica or bentonite-based clay, and more preferably sepiolite.
