Abstract

PURPOSE: A pipe joint including a connecting guard portion is provided to reduce an erosion generating at an end screw portion of a pipe and to simplify a plumbing by forming a connecting guard portion. CONSTITUTION: A connecting portion of a pipe joint is composed of a screw portion(20) and a connecting guard portion(21) having a flat surface elongated from the screw portion(20). The pipe joint screw portion(20) is engaged with the screw portion of a pipe and is connected the pipe joint and the pipe. The connecting guard portion(21) serves as a protecting functions by surrounding the screw portion of the pipe externally. The connecting portion between the connecting portion of the pipe joint and a contact surface of the pipe is sealed by an adhesive.
