Description

세탁기의 수위 결정방법{A WATER LEVEL CONTROL METHOD OF WASHING MACHINE}Water level determination method of washing machine {A WATER LEVEL CONTROL METHOD OF WASHING MACHINE}

The present invention relates to a method for determining the water level of a washing machine, and more particularly, to determine the preliminary water level of the washing machine by inertia rotation of the motor according to the load of the washing machine, and then to determine the amount of washing water absorbed by the laundry. The present invention relates to a method for determining the water level of a washing machine that can be determined.

In general, when the number of laundry required for washing in the washing process by the washing machine is excessive compared to the laundry, the consumption of detergent is increased and the washing water is wasted.

On the contrary, when the washing water is insufficient in comparison with the laundry, the turbidity of the washing water increases at the same time as the motor for rotating the washing tank increases, thereby reducing the washing efficiency.

Therefore, the washing machine having the conventional structure prevents excessive consumption of the washing water by supplying the washing water in proportion to the amount of laundry prior to the washing operation, so that washing is efficiently performed.

1 is a block diagram illustrating a method for determining a water level proportional to laundry in a conventional washing machine. When the washing machine operates the washing machine in a state in which laundry is put in the washing tank, the motor of the washing machine is left and right to detect the amount of laundry. By turning off the power in the state of rotation, the inertia speed and frequency of the motor are detected to detect the load, that is, the amount of laundry.

When the load is detected according to the above process, water is supplied according to the data input to the microcomputer. When the water level is detected in the supply process of the washing water, when the target water is reached, theta is operated to allow normal washing to proceed.

However, if the amount of laundry is detected by detecting the inertia rotation speed or frequency while the motor of the washing machine is rotated as described above, even if the laundry of the same weight is inputted, different amounts of laundry are detected depending on the type of laundry or the location of the laundry. The problem arises that it is difficult to determine the correct water level.

Therefore, the washing machine for determining the water level by the conventional water level determination method has a problem such that excessive washing water is used in the washing process or washing efficiency is deteriorated due to lack of washing water.

The present invention has been made to solve the conventional problems as described above, an object of the present invention is to determine the preliminary level of the washing machine by the inertia rotation of the motor according to the washing load, and again the amount of the laundry absorbs water It is to provide a method for determining the level of the washing machine that can determine the exact level according to the laundry by judging.

상기한 바와 같은 본 발명의 목적은, 세탁물이 투입된 세탁조를 회전시킨 다음, 모터에 인가되는 전원을 차단시켜 관성에 의해 모터를 회전시키는 모터 회전단계;An object of the present invention as described above, the rotation step of rotating the laundry in which the laundry is put, the motor rotation step of rotating the motor by inertia by cutting off the power applied to the motor;

상기 모터 회전단계에 의해 검출된 부하량에 따라 세탁조의 내부에 세탁수를 공급시키는 세탁수 공급단계;A washing water supplying step of supplying washing water into the washing tank according to the load detected by the motor rotating step;

상기 세탁수 공급단계에 따라 세탁수의 공급이 완료되면 세탁기를 2분간 동작시켜 세탁을 진행하는 예비 세탁단계;A pre-washing step of performing washing by operating the washing machine for 2 minutes when the supply of the washing water is completed according to the washing water supplying step;

상기 예비 세탁단계직후 수위의 변화 검출하는 수위 검출단계;A water level detecting step of detecting a change in the water level immediately after the preliminary washing step;

The water level detection step is achieved by providing a water level determination method of the washing machine, characterized in that consisting of a water supply step of supplying additional washing water to the washing tank.

Hereinafter, with reference to the accompanying drawings, the water level determination method of the washing machine according to the present invention will be described in detail.

Figure 2 is a block diagram showing a water level determination method according to the present invention, the present invention is a motor rotation step 10, washing water supply step 20, pre-washing step 30, water level detection step 40 and water supply Step 50 is made.

Here, the motor rotation step 10 detects the amount of laundry in the dried state by rotating the washing tank into which the laundry is put, and then cutting off the power applied to the motor to detect the rotational degree of the motor by inertia.

After completion of the above process, if the amount of laundry is large according to the load amount detected by the motor rotation step 10 in the washing water supplying step 20, a large amount of washing water is supplied, and when the washing amount is small, The wash water is supplied into the washing tank.

Subsequently, when the supply of the washing water is completed according to the above process, a preliminary washing step 30 for operating the washing machine for 2 minutes is performed, and the laundry that has undergone the preliminary washing step 30 is sufficiently immersed in the washing water of the washing tank. Washing is made in the state, the water level detection step 40 detects a change in the water level immediately after the pre-washing step (30).

In addition, when the water level of the washing tank is detected by the above-described water level detecting step 40, if the washing water is insufficient by the absorption of the washing water, the washing water is additionally supplied to the washing tank, thereby overloading the motor and washing due to the lack of washing water. Prevents deterioration of washing efficiency due to turbidity of water.

The operation and effects of the present invention configured as described above will be described below.

The water level determination method of the washing machine according to the present invention maintains an appropriate water level according to the amount of washing to prevent unnecessary waste of the washing water, and prevents the washing efficiency decrease due to the lack of washing water.

Looking at the process of the washing proceeds by the present invention as described above with reference to Figure 3, first put in the washing machine as usual washing instructions.

When the laundry is put in, the microcomputer applies power to the motor to rotate the washing tank, and then cuts off the power applied to the motor to determine the degree of rotation of the motor by inertia, and accordingly, determines the load amount, that is, the amount of laundry. .

In addition, the washing tank maintains a constant level by supplying the washing water in proportion to the amount of laundry under the control of the microcomputer when the process is completed, and when the process is completed, the washing machine is operated for 2 minutes in the preliminary washing step 30.

As described above, when the preliminary washing step 30 is performed, the laundry is washed in a state sufficiently immersed in the washing water of the washing tank. When a large amount of washing water is absorbed in the laundry, the water level of the washing water is changed. Therefore, the water level detection step 40 detects a change in the water level immediately after the pre-washing step 30.

Subsequently, when the water level of the washing tank is detected by the above-described water level detecting step 40, when the washing water is determined to maintain the proper water level, washing is normally performed. In this case, the excess water is supplied to the washing tank.

When the wash water in the washing tank according to the above-described process is maintained, the washing and rinsing and dehydration process is completed as in the normal washing process, the present invention is the overload of the motor and washing due to the lack of wash water It is possible to prevent a decrease in washing efficiency due to turbidity of water.

As described above, the water level determination method of the washing machine according to the present invention determines the preliminary water level of the washing machine by the inertia rotation of the motor according to the washing load, and again determines the amount of water absorbed by the laundry to determine the correct water level according to the laundry. It is possible to prevent the unnecessary waste of the washing water due to the excessive supply of the washing water, and at the same time to prevent the overload of the motor due to the lack of washing water and the deterioration of washing efficiency due to the turbidity of the washing water. The effect can be obtained.
