Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable efficient washing with the prescribed amount of detergent by detecting the degree of muddiness for washing water in a pre-washing process before putting the detergent in, and putting the detergent in when the degree of muddiness for the washing water is lower than the prescribed degree of muddiness. CONSTITUTION:A process control means 9 controls a motor control means 10 and drives a motor 5 for prescribed time so as to revolve a stirring fan 3. After the lapse of prescribed time, the degree of muddiness for the washing water is detected by a muddiness degree detecting means 16 and counted by a counting means 17. A muddiness deciding means 19 compares the value counted by the counting means 17 with the reference value for deciding the degree of muddiness of a reference value storing means 18, and the degree of muddiness for the washing water is decided. In this case, when it is decided that the degree of muddiness for the washing water is lower than the prescribed degree of muddiness, the detergent is put in by a detergent put-in means 8, and when it is decided that the degree of muddiness is higher than the prescribed degree of muddiness, the washing water is drained. Thus, the prescribed amount of the detergent can be effectively operated to the polluting object of clothes.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, if the clothes are heavily contaminated, the contaminants will diffuse into the wash water, and the detergent added will not act on the contaminants attached to the clothes, but will be absorbed into the wash water. By acting on the diffused pollutants, the original target, the removal effect of pollutants attached to clothing, was reduced. In addition, if the clothes are extremely contaminated, it is best to wash them without adding detergent, which is called prewashing, but with conventional washing machines, it is up to the user to decide whether to perform prewashing or not. It was being exposed. Furthermore, it is a tedious task for the user to wait for the pre-washing to finish and then add detergent.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to achieve the above object, the present invention supplies a predetermined amount of washing water into a washing tank, stirs the inside of the washing tank for a predetermined time using a stirring blade, and then detects turbidity. The turbidity of the washing water is detected by the means, and when the turbidity determining means determines that the turbidity of the washing water is below a predetermined turbidity, the detergent is injected into the detergent injection means. If it is determined that there is, the cleaning water will be drained.

Function: The washing machine of the present invention has the above-mentioned structure, and since detergent is added when the turbidity of the washing water is below a predetermined value, the detergent acts on contaminants diffused in the washing water, resulting in a significant decrease in the washing effect. This means that a predetermined amount of detergent can effectively act on contaminants on clothing without causing any damage.

In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a washing tank which is installed inside an outer tank 2 and which washes and dehydrates clothes. A stirring blade 3 is provided at the inner bottom of the cleaning tank 1, and the stirring blade 3 is driven by a motor 5 via a speed reduction mechanism 4. Also,
A drain valve 6 is provided at the bottom of the outer tank 2, and a water supply valve 7 and detergent injection means 8 are provided above the outer tank 2. The motor 5, the drain valve 6, the water supply valve 7, and the detergent injection means 8
are controlled by a process control means 9, a motor control means 10, a drain valve control means 11, a water supply valve control means 12, and a detergent injection control means 13. . The process control means 9 reads necessary data from the process storage means 15 based on the settings from the setting means 14, and controls the pre-washing (washing with water without detergent) washing, rinsing, and spin-drying steps based on the settings. 1
This is executed using controls from 0 to 13. Also,
A turbidity detection means 16 is connected to the bottom of the outer tank 2 to detect the turbidity of the cleaning water. The output of the counting means 17 for counting the turbidity detected by the turbidity detection means 16 and the output of the reference value storage means 18 are input to the turbidity determination means 19. The output of the turbidity determination means 19 and the output of the water level detection means 2o for detecting the water level in the outer tank 2 are input to the process control means 9.

First, when the operation is started after setting the process contents by the setting means 14, the process control means 9 inputs the water level information from the water level inspection 6 page detail means 20, and controls the water supply control means 12 until the water level reaches a predetermined level. The water supply valve 7 is operated to supply water into the outer tank 2.

The turbidity determination means 19 compares the value counted by the counting means 17 with the turbidity determination reference value stored in the reference value storage means 18 to determine the turbidity of the wash water. Information on the turbidity of the washing water determined by the turbidity determining means 18 is sent to the process control means 9, and the process control means 9 controls each subsequent process based on the turbidity of the washing water.

次に洗浄水濁度検知後の動作について説明する。Next, the operation after the cleaning water turbidity is detected will be explained.

If the turbidity determination means determines that the turbidity of the washing water is below a predetermined turbidity, the detergent injection control means 13 is controlled via the process control means 9, and the detergent injection means 8 is operated to dispense a predetermined amount of detergent. is put into the cleaning tank 1, and then the process contents 7 set by the setting means 14 are carried out.

Perform the following actions. Low turbidity means that the amount of contaminants dispersed in the wash water is relatively small, so the detergent added acts on the contaminants dispersed in the wash water, resulting in what is called a detergent. without any loss,
This means that it can effectively act on the original purpose of removing contaminants from clothing.

On the other hand, if the turbidity is higher than the specified turbidity,
This means that there is a relatively large amount of contaminants dispersed in the washing water, so even if detergent is added in this state, the detergent will act on the contaminants dispersed in the washing water, resulting in detergent loss. This will make it impossible to achieve the original purpose. If it is determined that the turbidity is high in this way, the process control means 9
The drain valve control means 11 is controlled via the drain valve 6 to operate the drain valve 6 to drain the highly turbid wash water. After that, intermediate dehydration is performed, new washing water is supplied, and the same pre-washing process is performed.

FIG. 2 shows the relationship between the turbidity of washing water and the washing effect when a predetermined amount of detergent is added to the washing water and washing is carried out for a predetermined period of time. It can be seen from this figure that the cleaning effect decreases as the turbidity of the cleaning water increases. Reference value storage means 18 using turbidity A in FIG. 2 as a reference value.
The turbidity determination means 19 determines whether the turbidity of the washing water is greater than or equal to the reference value or less than the reference value.

Effects of the Invention As is clear from the description of the embodiments above, the present invention detects the turbidity of the washing water in the pre-washing process before adding detergent, and when the turbidity of the washing water is below a predetermined turbidity, the detergent is added. Because the detergent is added to the washing water, the detergent does not act on the contaminants spread in the washing water and significantly reduce the cleaning effect, and the specified amount of detergent effectively works on the contamination attached to the clothes. Therefore, efficient cleaning can be achieved with a predetermined amount of detergent.
