Abstract

PURPOSE: A power applying apparatus of a refrigerator is provided to reduce parts and process by fixing a lead wire holder and a lower cord holder without a fixing bracket, and to improve productivity by reducing manufacturing expenses. CONSTITUTION: A power applying device of a refrigerator is composed of a defrost water bucket(51) installed in the rear part of the refrigerator to collect defrost water; screws(52a,53b,52c) fixing the defrost water bucket in the rear part of the refrigerator; a lead wire holder(55) fixing lead wires(53,54) connected to electrical components; and a lower cord holder(57) fixing a power cord(56) to supply power to lead wires. The lead wire holder and the power cord holder are installed at sides of the defrost water bucket, and mounted in the refrigerator without an additional fixing bracket. Manufacturing cost is cut down with reducing parts, and assembling process is reduced. The productivity is improved with fixing the lead wire holder and the power cord holder by the defrost water bucket.
