Claims (4)
- 황토를 이용한 보도블록의 제조방법에 있어서,황토를 통상의 롤러분쇄기에 분쇄하고, 이 황토의 체적에 대하여 7~20%로 부재료인 볏짚을 상기 황토가 소성되어 형성되는 황토보도블록의 높이치수보다 적어도 그 이상의 길이로 절단하여 물과 함께 혼합 교반하여 압축 성형한 다음, 이를 1100~1250℃ 소성가공하여 상기 볏짚을 태워 탄화시켜서 다수의 통기로와 탄화기공을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 황토보도블록의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,물과 순순한 황토만으로 혼합된 혼합물과, 이 혼합물의 내부에 황토의 체적에 대하여 7~20%로 부재료인 볏짚이 혼합된 혼합물을 압축 성형한 후, 이를 1100~1250℃ 소성으로 순수 황토층의 내부에 다수의 통기로와 탄화기공을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 황토보도블록의 제조방법.
- 황토의 체적에 대하여 볏짚이 7~20%로 물과 함께 혼합 교반되어 압축 성형후, 1100~1250℃의 소성가공으로 상기 볏짚이 태워져 탄화된 다수의 통기로와 탄화기공을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 황토보도블록.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 황토보도블록은 외부의 순수 황토층 내에 일정거리로 내부에 다수의 통기로와 탄화기공을 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 황토보도블록.
