종래의 수도관, 압력관, 가스관 등으로 사용되는 합성수지제 파이프의 제조 장치는 압출길이 방향으로 압출되어 어느정도 연신되면서 파이프가 성형, 냉각되므로 압출용 파이프에 사용되는 프라스틱 원료는 열가소성 수지이므로 분자 구조가 선형으로 되어 있어서 파이프 제품의 길이방향의 인장강도는 높으나 폭방향의 인장력은 낮아서 내압, 수압, 동파 등에 취약성을 제공하므로 압출되는 수지의 압출 압력을 이용하여 다이스의 구조를 회전시켜주면서 압출되어 주도록 구성 시켜주므로 압출되는 수지대가 나선권회 방향으로 이동되면서 파이프의 수지대의 내외측에 각각 좌·우측으로 교차되어 일체화되도록 한다.The conventional manufacturing apparatus for pipes made of synthetic resins used as water pipes, pressure pipes, gas pipes, etc. is extruded in the extrusion length direction, and the pipes are molded and cooled while being stretched to some extent.
