Abstract

PURPOSE: A die for manufacturing a synthetic resin pipe is provided to have linear structure with a spiral winding direction of a resin bar extruded by the rotational force of a die or a spiral partition by using the pressure of resin extruded by the extrusion force of an extruder. CONSTITUTION: Synthetic resin material is extruded to a transfer frame and transferred to inner/outer rotatable dies. The synthetic resin is extruded through left/right spiral protrusions and left/right extrusion ports as the rotatable dies rotate in each opposite left/right direction. Plural reinforcement resin bars are extruded in each circumferential direction. Both left and right bonding bars of the reinforcement resin bars are integrally formed to the inside and outside of a spring. At the same time, the reinforcement resin bars are spirally wound up in each opposite left/right direction inside and outside a reinforcement resin bar. A part of material for the reinforcement resin bar is extruded between the rotatable dies and the transfer frame when the material is transferred to the left/right spiral protrusions and the left/right extrusion ports of the rotatable dies. The rotational force of the left/right extrusion ports is reinforced as gears and chains are assembled to the rotatable dies. Therefore, productivity is enhanced.
