Abstract
본 고안은 일반 가정의 부엌 또는 음식점등의 주방에 설치된 싱크대에 음식물 찌꺼기의 탈수 수거장치를 구성하여 싱크대의 배수과정에서 찌꺼기를 탈수 분리시켜 수분이 제거된 음식물 찌꺼기를 수거 할 수 있게하므로서 음식물 찌꺼기를 물이 흐르지 않는 상태로 수거장소로 옮길 수 있게한 것이며 고안의 요지는 싱크대(1)의 물받이용기(2)아래 부위의 배수관(3)하단에 스크류(9)를 설치한 실린더(4)를 설치하되 실린더(4)와 스크류(9)의 선단부를 점차적으로 작게 형성하므로서 스크류(4)를 돌려서 음식물 찌꺼기를 앞으로 배출시키면서 탈수되게하며 배수관(5)에 낙하는 순수한 물은 주름형 배수관(6)을 통해 하수구로 배출시키고 실린더(4)에서 압축된 탈수 찌꺼기는 배출구통(12)아래부위의 주름형 배수관(13)및 연결통(14)에 조립한 찌꺼기 수거통(15)에 수거토록한 싱크대의 음식물 찌꺼기 탈수 분리수거장치이다.The present invention constitutes a dehydration device of food debris in a sink installed in a kitchen such as a kitchen or a restaurant of a home, and dehydrates and separates the food debris in the drainage process of the sink to collect food debris.
