Description
본 고안은 터널의 보강 방수공법에 관한것으로 상세하게는 특히, 공간 몰타르 라이닝공법에 의하는 터널의 치수 보강에 관한것이다.The present invention relates to the reinforcement waterproofing method of the tunnel, and more particularly, to the dimensional reinforcement of the tunnel by the spatial mortar lining method.
재래식 터널은 대부분 암벽에 무근 콘크리트로 라이닝하며 일반적으로 누수가 심한 기존도로 터널 내부에 특수 방수 공법까지 동원하여 방수공사를 시행하였으나 실패하는 경우가 많았다. 또한 방수 및 라이닝 보강 목적으로 대부분 긴터널에서는 값이 비싼 이동식 철재 거푸집을 이용하여 두께(t) 20 cm 이상의 콘크리트 이중벽 설치를 시행하는것이 일반적인 공법으로 사용되고 있으나 이공법은 시공시 교통이 완전히 통제되는 불편이 따르고 특히 산악 터널과 같은 우회도로가 없는 위치에서는 적용할수가 없으며 시공이 복잡하고 공기 및 공비가 많이 소용되고 시공후엔 터널의 단면 부족 현상이 발생하는가 하면 차량 통행으로 인한 진동, 터널 배면의 압력수등으로 인하여 누수가 재발하는 사례가 많았다.Conventional tunnels are mostly lined with plain concrete on rock walls, and in general, watertight construction was carried out using special waterproofing methods inside the tunnels with heavy leakage.
