본 고안은 탑-모르타 노출 도막방수 구조에 관한 것으로 그 목적은 각종 건축물 옥상이나 지하주차장, 토목 지하구조물등에 탈-우레탄 노출 도막방수 구조를 적용하여 각종 건축물이나 지하구조물등이 빗물이나 기타 누수현상으로부터 완벽하게 차단 하여 튼튼하고 오랫동안 보존 사용토록 한 것으로서 그 구성은 각종 건축물 옥상이나 지하주차장, 또는 지하구조물등의 방수를 요하는 곳의 콘크리트 소지면을 깨끗하게 면정리 한후 깨끗하게 청소 한다, 소지면이 정리되면 우레탄 프라이머를 로라나 스프레이로 골고루 도포한후 완전 건조되면 중도제인 탈-우레탄을 로라나 메기 또는 스프레이등의 공구를 사용하여 1차도포(이때두께는 1.5-2mm정도가 적당하며 환경에 따라 두께조절 가능) 한후 완전 건조후 2차로 중도제인 탈-우레탄을 상기와 같은 방법으로 도포(이때도막두께는 1-2mm가 적당하다)한후 즉시 탈-우레탄 표면위에 모래나 규사를 골고루 살포 한후 완전 건조되면 우레탄 표면 위에 잘 붙어 있지 않은 규사나 모래를 빗자루등으로 깨끗하게 쓸어낸뒤 탈-우레탄이 오염되지 않은 특수 아크릴 탑코트를 로라나 스프레이등으로 골고루 충분하게 도포 한 것을 특징으로 한 탑-모르타 노출 도막방수 구조에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to the top-morta exposed film waterproof structure. 본 고안은 상기와 같은 종래의 문제점을고려하여 안출한 것으로서 그 목적은 각종 건축물 옥상이나 지하주차장 또는 지하구조물등의 방수부위에 탈-우레탄을 사용한 탑-모르타 노출 도막방수 구조를 적용하여 건물하중을 없애고 탈-우레탄도막 표면에 모래나 규사를 뿌린 모래나 규사 층이 형성되고 그 위에 탈 성분이 오염되지 않은 특수 아크릴 탑-코트층이 형성 되므로 도막 강도와 내후성을 획기적으로 높혔으며, 방수성이 뛰어난 장점을 살리면서 공사 시공단가를 줄일수 있도록 한것이다. 지금까지 방수성이 뛰어난 탈-우레탄을 비노출 도막방수 구조에서 노출 도막방수 구조로 적용하기 위하여 많은 노력을 경주해 왔으나 탈-우레탄 도막표면에 탑-코트 처리가 불가능 하여 노출 도막방수 구조로 적용할수 없었다. 탈-우레탄 도막 표면에 탑-코트를 도포했을 경우 탈 성분이 탑-코트를 까막게 오염시키므로 할 수 없이 시멘트 보호몰탈이나 누른공구리를 5-10m 두께로 타설할 수밖에 없었다. 또한 탈-우레탄 도막표면 경도(35-40kg/cm)가 약하고 뜨거운 햇빛을 받을 때 표면이 녹아 끈적거려 보행이 불가능 해 노출 도막방수 구조에 문제점이 있었으나 새롭게 고안된 탑-모르타 노출 도막방수 구조는 도포된 탈-우레탄 도막표면에 모래나 규사가 1-2m 두께로 깊이박혀 층을 형성하므로 탈-우레탄 도막 경도를 획기적으로 높혔으며 모래나 규사층 위에 탈-성분이 오염 되지않도록 개발된 각색의 특수아크릴 탑코트를 충분하게 도포 되므로 사람들의 보행을 원활하게하고 도막표면에 뜨거운 햇빛이 장기간 비칠지라고 모래나규사층과 그 위에 도포된 특수 아크릴층이 형성되어 있어 탈-성분오염을 방지하고 도막표면이 녹아 끈적거리지 않도록 한 탈-우레탄 노출 도막방수층이 구성된 것을 특징으로 한 것이다.The present invention was conceived in consideration of the above-mentioned conventional problems, and its purpose is to apply a top-mortar exposed film waterproof structure using de-urethane to waterproof parts such as roofs of various buildings, underground parking lots, or underground structures.
