본 고안은 치료 또는 수술과정에서 한 번 사용한 의료기구를 여러가지 방법으로 소독가능하게 할 수 있고 또한 소독여부를 확인할 수 있도록 하는 의료기구 소독용 포장팩에 관한 것으로 종래에는 사용하고 난 수술용가위, 메스, 핀세트, 주사기, 메스봉합용바늘, 크립 등의 의료기구들을 깨끗이 씻은 다음 끊인물, 알콜 등에 소독하여 일정한 용기에 담아두거나 폴리푸레피렌, 폴리에틸렌 등의 합성수지팩 등에 넣어 밀봉시킨다.The present invention relates to a packaging pack for disinfecting medical instruments that can make it possible to disinfect medical instruments used once in a treatment or surgery process in various ways, and also to check whether disinfection is performed. 본 고안에 의한 의료기기 소독용 포장팩에 사용되는 재료로서는 내열성이 우수한 폴리에스텔필림과 내열성이 우수하면서도 열융착성이 좋은 폴리푸로피렌필림에 양쪽 공히 상용성이 좋아 우수한 접착력을 갖게 하는 폴리우레탄 접착제 그리고 비교적 질기고 잠섬유인 침옆수의 펄프로서 조지한 지필에 합성수지를 함침시킨 종이로 구성되며 그 구성은 폴리에스텔필림과 폴리푸로피렌 사이에 폴리우레탄 접착제로 적층시킨 합성수지적층필림의 폴리푸로피렌필림면과 합성수지 함침지의 가장자리를 열융착시켜서 형성된 의료기기 소독용 포장팩이라 할 수 있으며 함침지에는 STEAM (고열증기), GAS라 인쇄되어 있으며 ' 스팀 ' 옆에는 연초록마크가 열변색 인쇄잉크로 인쇄되어있고 개스옆에는 엷은 갈색마크가 개스에 의하여 변색되는 인쇄잉크로 인쇄되어있는 포장팩이다.As a material used in the packaging pack for disinfecting medical devices according to the present invention, a polyurethane adhesive having excellent heat resistance and a good adhesion to both polyester film and heat-resistant polypyropyrene film with excellent heat sealability It is a relatively tough and latent fibrous pulp, consisting of paper impregnated with a synthetic resin and a paper, impregnated with a synthetic resin.
