본 고안은 고주파가열을 이용한 계분 진공건조기에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a powdered vacuum dryer using high frequency heating.
더욱 상세하게는 진공속에서 고주파 가열을 이용하여 계분을 비롯한 음식물 찌꺼기 등을 건조하는 장치에 관한 것으로, 고주파로 계분을 가열하여 계분 속의 수분이 증발되어 나오면 그 수분을 진공펌프에 의해 건조기 밖으로 배출함으로써 효과적으로 건조가 이루어지고 건조기 외부를 철판으로 형성하고 건조기문의 개방시에는 자동으로 건조기의 전기가 차단되어 고주파 가열이 중단되는 장치가 장착되어 있어 고주파가열에 의한 위험을 제거하는데 특징이 있다.More particularly, the present invention relates to a device for drying food residues, including powder, using high frequency heating in a vacuum, and when the powder is heated at a high frequency and the moisture in the powder evaporates, the moisture is discharged out of the dryer by a vacuum pump. 본 고안은 고주파가열을 이용한 계분 진공건조기에 관한 것이다. 더욱 상세하게는 진공속에서 고주파로 가열하여 계분을 비롯한 음식물 찌꺼기 등을 건조하는 장치에 관한 것이다. 종래에는 주로 일광으로 이들을 건조하거나 온풍기를 이용하여 건조하기도 하였으나 이들 계분을 외부에서부터 건조하기 때문에 일일이 뒤집어 가며 며칠씩 건조하여야 함은 물론, 일광건조의 경우 우천시나 겨울철에는 건조가 불가능하였다. 이와 같은 방법으로 건조하더라도 건조물의 외부는 건조가 되나 내부까지 건조하기에는 상당한 시간이 걸려 이들을 건조하여 비료 등으로 사용할 경우 어려움이 많았다. 또한 종래 안출된 건조 방법(일본 공개특허공보 평2-57884, 1990. 2. 27.)은 건조물에 고주파를 방사하여 건조시킨 후 내부에 발생된 수분을 송풍기에 의해 밖으로 배출시키는 방법이었으나, 이 방법으로는 건조하기 위해서는 많은 시간이 소요되고 고주파가열에 의한 화상이나 전자파발생으로 인한 위험이 있었다.The present invention relates to a powdered vacuum dryer using high frequency heating. 본 고안은 내부에서 발열하여 균일하게 가열되는 고주파 에너지에 의한 가열의 원리를 계분(6)의 건조에 적용한 것으로 건조 효율을 높이기 위하여 진공펌프(2)를 이용하여 수분을 외부로 배출시키는 방법으로 도1, 도2와 같이 계분(6)을 건조기에 넣고 4개의 고주파 가열기(1),(1')(3),(3')를 작동시키면 고주파를 이용한 가열에 의하여 계분(6)속의 수분이 증발되고 진공펌프(2)에 의해 증발된 수분을 건조기 외부로 배출시켜 계분(6)이 건조되도록 한다. 건조된 계분(6)은 도1과 같이 배출문(5)에 의해 배출시키거나 도2와 같이 건조기 하부에 장착된 스크루(8)를 사용하여 그 끝에 형성된 배출구(7)를 통해 배출시킬 수 있다. 고주파 가열기 (1),(1')(3),(3')는 통상의 조리기구인 전자렌지를 이용할 수 있으며 계분의 양에 따라 고주파 가열기(1),(1')(3),(3')의 용량을 조절할 수 있고 고주파 가열기 (1),(1')(3),(3')를 1개이상 추가할 수 있다. 또한 고주파전류에 의한 전자파로부터 인체의 피해를 막기 위하여 건조기의 벽과 천정을 철판(11)으로로 형성하고 작업도중 고주파가열에 의한 화상 등 위험을 방지하기 위하여 건조기문(9)을 개방시 자동으로 고주파 가열기의 작동(고주파가열)이 중단되는 고주파가열차단장치(4)가 부착되어 있다.The present invention applies the principle of heating by high-frequency energy that is uniformly heated by heat generation inside to dry the system (6).
