비닐팩 상단부분에 내용물 출구가 되는 부분을 돌출 되게 제작하고 그 하단에 집게를 결속 할 수 있는 구멍을 뚫은 다음, 집게를 부착하는 방법.
4. 고안의 중요한 용도
모든 비닐팩 종류의 용기를 사용하는 곳에 광범위하게 사용할 수 있음.

Description

비닐팩 용기의 집게형 개폐장치
비닐팩 용기(성형이 된 일반용기와 달리 성형성이 없는 비닐지로 된 봉지형태의 용기로서 이하 '비닐팩 용기'라 합니다.)의 개폐장치에 관한 것으로 종래의 기술은 비닐팩 용기엔 별다른 개폐장치가 없어 도면 제1a도처럼 가위로 상부를 잘라서 쓰는 형태로 단순히 리필용(보충용)으로만 사용되어 왔다.
비닐팩 용기에 간단하고 효과적인 개폐장치의 개발과 그것의 부착방법.
제1도에서 제1a도는 일반적인 비닐팩의 형태.
제1b도는 집게형 개폐장치를 부착하기 위한 비닐팩의 형태.
제1c도는 집게형 개폐장치가 부착된 상태.
제2도는 개폐장치와 용기의 결속 방법을 나타낸 그림임.
제3도는 개폐장치인 집게의 자세한 구조와 작동방법을 나타낸 평면도.
비닐팩출구(1)를 개폐해주는 장치에 있어서 먼저 비닐팩에 도면 제2도에서와 같이 비닐팩(1)출구를 돌출 되게 형성시키고 비닐팩접착면(8)상단에 집게고정용구멍(2)을 뚫은 다음 이곳에 집게 1쌍 중 한쪽집게의 집게결속용 핀 2개를 끼워 넣고 반대편 나머지 한쪽의 집게결속부위(제3a도 도면에서 (ㄴ)에서 (ㄷ)사이)에 있는 집게결속용핀홀(6)에 집게결속용핀(5)을 끼워 조립하는 형태로서, 집게의 형태는 도면 제3도에서처럼 집게누름손잡이(7)와 탄성부위(제3a도 도면에서 (ㄱ)과 (ㄴ)사이)가 접하는 겨드랑이 부분(탄성부위(13)와 집게누름손잡이(7)가 접한 부분을 말하며 이하 '겨드랑이 부분'이라 함) 안쪽으로 겨드랑이라운드[R]를 형성시킨 집게누름손잡이(7)에, 탄성부위(13)를 연결하여 형성시키고, 이 탄성부위(13)에 제5도 내외의 각도로 오므려져서 집게결속용핀(5)과 집게결속용핀홀(6)이 설치된 결속용부위(14)를 연결하여 형성시킨 시킨, 1쌍으로 된 비닐팩용기의 집게형 개폐 장치로서 비닐팩의 접합면(8)을 사이에 두고 서로 끼워진 형태임.
비닐팩 용기의 내용물출구(1)를 열어주기 위해서 집게누름손잡이(7)를 누르게 되면 이 집게누름손잡이(7)에 형성된 겨드랑이라운드(R)의 라운드에 탄성부위(13)가 유도되어 휘어짐으로 휨 점이 한 점에 국한되지 않고 제3b도, 제3c도, 제3d도에서처럼 받침점(P2)이 이동되어 짐으로 탄성부위(13) 전체에 걸쳐서 고르게 휘어져 탄성을 받음으로 비닐팩 용기의 출구(1)를 개폐하기에 충분한 탄력성을 얻을 수 있다.
이때 겨드랑이라운드(R)의 반경은 제3도면과 같은 크기의 실물집게일 경우엔 약 40미리미터가 적당하나, 이는 집게의 형태와 필요한 탄력성의 크기에 따라 유동적이다.
탄성부위(13)가 집게누름손잡이(7)의 겨드랑이라운드(R)의 라운드에 유도 되어 휘어질 수 있는 것은 집게누름손잡이(7)의 부위가 제3a도에서와 같이 탄성부위(13)보다 상대적으로 두꺼우므로 상대적으로 두께가 얇아서 약한 탄성부위(13)가 휘어지게 된다.
집게가 비닐팩 용기에 처음결합 시 집게의 조임력(오므려주는 힘, 닫아주는 힘)은 도면 제3a도에서 처럼 탄성부위(13)와 집게상호간결속부위(14)가 중간 집게결속용핀(5)를 기점으로각도만큼 휘어져(완만한 라운드)있기 때문에 비닐팩 용기에 결합 후에 자연히 오므려져 조이는 힘으로 작용한다.
이때각도 역시 5도내외가 적당하나 재료의 재질, 조임력의 필요크기에 따라 다소 차이가 있을 수 있음.
집게형 개폐장치의 집게부위의 맞물리는 부분에 요철을 형성시키면 보다 적은 조임력으로도 용기내용물출구(1)를 확실히 막아줄 수 있을 것임.
용기 내용물출구(1)는 도면 제3c도, 제3d도에서처럼 집게누름손잡이(7)를 누르게 되면 집게 끝이 벌어지면서 내용물이 압력에 의해 나오게 됨으로 자연히 내용물출구(1)는 열리게 된다.
최초 사용 시에는 용기의 절취선(4)을 자르고서 사용하면 된다.
그러므로 비닐팩 용기는 개페장치의 미비로 인한 불편이 해소됨으로 해서 보다 넓고 다양한 용도의 용기로 쓰일 수 있을 것임.

  1. 비닐팩 용기의 내용물출구(1)를 개폐해주는 개폐용 집게에 있어서, 집게누름손잡이(7)와 탄성부위(13)가 접하는 안쪽으로, 겨드랑이라운드(R)를 형성시킨 집게누름손잡이(7)에, 탄성부위(13)를 연결하여 형성시키고, 이 탄성부위(13)에 제5도 내외의 각도로 오므려져서 집게결속용핀(5)과 집게결속용핀홀(6)이 설치된 결속용부위(14)를 연결하여 형성시킨, 1쌍으로 된 비닐팩 용기의 집게형 개폐장치로서, 비닐팩의 접합면(8)을 사이에 두고 서로 끼워져서 된 비닐팩 용기의 집게형 개폐장치.
